Hotel du Roc - Rocamadour

This is worse than a hostel.

Nice hotel in a very pretty location. If I were to stay here again, I would make sure I had a room overlooking the valley.

This hotel was perfect for a stopover. It was basic but clean and relatively cheap, offering two rooms for less than we have often paid for a family room. Staff were welcoming. Breakfast was adequate, though I would have preferred not to have coffee from a machine. I would definitely stay here again in preference to some of the more expensive options around Rocamadour.

Very helpful staff and a good location. Our twin room was tiny and a strange shape but the bathroom was excellent although no proper shower. Delightful views at the front over the valley, near the balloons and overlooking a candlelit procession.

We booked this hotel for a bicycle trip in the Lot region. Rooms were ok (shower was so-so, as in most French 2** hotels), breakfast was better/more than expected but striking was the kindness and servicemindedness of the employees, without any exception. People seemed to really enjoy their job. Recommended if you are looking for a simple, decent hotel at a competitive price.

ES UN HOTEL acogedor y tranquilo. UBICADO EN MUY BUENA ZONA DE LA LOCALIDAD, CON TODO A MANO. MUY BUENA ATENCION POR PARTE DEL PERSONAL DEL ESTABLECIMIENTO. YO LO aconsejo Y ES MAS, PIENSO VOLVER, PUES LA ZONA ES PRECIOSA, Y SI ME PUEDO HOSPEDARE EN EL MISMO HOTEL.

Would return in the future. Excellent dinner and breakfast prepared by our host/chef. Very friendly and thoughtful offering a cold drink after a hot days cycle. A cultural experience for English speaking couple with french speaking grandson. We were treated like one big family.
