The street address is in fact to the restaurant. I would prefer the address for the street behind, where the actual hotel entrance was.

Difficult for parking No baths - showers Centrally positioned with some rooms facing onto thoroughfare noisy but windows effectively keep out noise and air conditioning effeicient. Visit lakes up in mountains and Limone Riva loses sun by 4.30pm

I hardly could find this hotel because on the given address there is no name of hotel. It took me 40 minutes to discover that entrance is from small street in the old city with no possibility to get by car. When at last we found owner he told us that he has no room free and he sent us to another hotel near by that had not air condition. We spent one night in this hotel and next day we found another hotel that answered all our wishes. We newer will contact with Vittoria hotel.

Lovely hotel but hard to find. The welcome we received on arrival was superb and the staff were so helpful and friendly they could not do enough for you. The location of the hotel was very central and I would recommed this hotel to everyone. We had a meal in the hotel which was excellent value and great food. If I ever go to Riva again I will certainly stay in this hotel again.

We booked a triple room, with which they had maintenance problems when we arrived. They gave us a double and a single for the same total price.

We had a great stay. Parking is on the street, but we parked by the hotel both nights. The food in the restaurant was very good. There seemed to be a local crowd in the restaurant and bar, which is a plus for us. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. The room and the bath was large and comfortable. We'd definitely return to this hotel.

I have travelled to many countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels from 1 star to 5 star, but Ihave never had as good of an experience as I did in the Vittoria! It wasn't like we were staying in a hotel, it was as if we were staying with close family during a holiday. Francesca and Paulo make you feel like family. All the big items were well covered, such as cleanliness, service, etc. Many small, but important, elements were also covered such as a refrigator in the room, free local calls, free wireless internet. I want to go back to Riva and will stay at the Vittoria, not because of RIva, but because we had such a good experience at the Vittoria. What an excellent experience! The best service at any hotel, in any service category, at any price that I have ever experienced.

Hotel nella media , ma abbastanza dignitoso . Eccezionale la posizione in pieno centro storico , ma facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto. Consigliabile

The staff were the most friendly that I have ever encountered. We were in Riva for a wedding and they organised a local hair dresser to do our hair and all. They couldn't do enough for us. I would highly recommend this Hotel

This hotel was our first stop on our honeymoon and it was lovely. We really were spoiled by the large rooms and gracious staff. The rest of the accomodations on our trip really lacked the character and service that Vittoria had. We would absolutely stay there again and have already recommended both the hotel and the location as a perfect vacation.

Superb small hotel with German beer keller style bar and restaurant. Everything about this hotel was pleasing. The staff were very helpful and friendly (thanks Francesca). We arrived at 11pm after a tiring drive from Bergamo we had lost our location map and after telephoning the hotel they sent a car to find us and guide us to the door!!! Fantastic. Parking is on the street and can be difficult finding a space nearby. The church bells at 0700 hrs were also annoying. Well worth a visit however. Try a suite the jacuzzi bath is wonderful.

We had a really lovely time at this hotel. The staff are really friendly, the room was fabulous (3 adults) with a big on-suite bathroom. The lift up to our fouth floor attic style room was a little slow but adequate. The hotel is right in the middle of the town but did not suffer from noise (apart from the occasional Church bell!). Breakfast was very good with an adequate supply. The lady made enquiries for us regarding our flight home from the tourist office in Sirmione which was most helpful. We would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we return to Riva.

My husband daughter and I were very pleased with this hotel. It's a smaller place, having 10 rooms altogether. It's kept nice and clean and a part of the building is used as a lively restaurant with a street-level terrace. No worries though, the restaurant is well isolated, and the culinary activities never invaded our repose. The owner and his sister (who speaks English) run the place along with their staff. They were very friendly and helpful, and the place has a good price. Before we booked they answerd all our questions very promptly. Once we were there they were very helpful guides. Rooms are fairly spacious, very clean, and the hotel very central. The only problem is parking. Highly reccommended!
