Hotel Canarino - Riva del Garda

Standard hotel, room a little small but really nice, not much services during extra works hours, bar in the room really ppor and not refrigerating. Very good breakfast.

Good value for money. Quiet yet central. Nice pool and garden. Breakfast okay. Room a bit dark, but okay. Shower flooded the bathroom floor. Could have easily been solved by providing a mop in the room.

The room was a little small but the location more than makes up for this! It was very noisy during our stay but this was not the fault of the hotel - there were some roadworks being carried out across the road.

When we arrived, we couldn't enter because we didn't have a key card to open the exterior door. Another guest saw us and let us in, but then there was no one to greet us at all. I saw the main "desk" which was a table with a phone on it. I had to call to get some help... I thought that was ridiculous. Besides that, there was no AC in the hotel that we found (none was advertised, though) and it was hot. The "idromassage" had a lot of potential, and once it got to working it was great. Beautiful area in Riva del Garda!! The tunnel to the main part of town is great and the surrounding area is incredible! Interesting history of the area in the hotel welcome packet. I will go back to Riva again, but I will stay elsewhere. Of note, "The Bar" on Via Florida 5 is especially fun and the staff is very friendly.

Buona struttura, buffet per tutti i gusti, tranquillità e soprattutto un'accesso diretto al centro storico di Riva. Se proprio vogliamo trovare dei difetti posso citare la mancanza dell'aria condizionata e della tv satellitare. Sicuramente un' esperienza da ripetere.

The hotel seems to be located a little outside the town but after showing us a "tunnel" through the building we were very close to the center. A small problem to get in when arrived. You should use an entrance card which you did'nt have for obvious reasons. You feel more welcome in a hotel when you are able to walk right in without any obstacle. The price is OK and includes breakfast which was satisfactory.

The hotel is excellently situated in a beautiful area. The facilities (pool, sauna, hydromassage) were not very well maintained, perhaps because we visited towards the end of the summer season. The staff were friendly & helpful, the rooms were clean & the breakfast provided was adequate. All in all a satisfactory experience.
