Hotel Campagnola - Riva del Garda

Very accomodating and provided a shuttle to the start of the race!!

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accomodating. We were in town for the Lake Garda half marathon and the gentleman at the front desk gave me a ride to the start line!

Wonderful service. Try the dining room, great dinner and good breakfast. Easy to find, having a car location is not a problem.

The reception was very nice and helpful. The location is good, not into the busy touristic center, but not so far from that... and they offer free bicicles!!! The view of the montains from the balcony of the room is great!!! Riva del Garda is amazing!!!

This hotel is further from the lakeside than expected. Arrived during a torrential rainstorm. When our taxi did not arrive to take us to the centre of Riva the owner arranged for a staff member to take us, excellent service that makes me recommend this hotel providing the distance from the lakeside is not a problem.

Very nice and welcoming hotel. The staff was nice and gave us a lot of useful information about the area. Very good playground for the children. Pool was good. Marvellous view from the room. We had an excellent dinner at the hotel one night.Breakfast also very good.

Very pleasant, plenty to do considering February weekdays for a three dau stay. Tourist Info helpful.

Very good hotel. Well priced, good rooms (ours had a balcony too) - big enough to get our travel cot in. Friendly staff, all seem to speak German and some English for non-Italian speakers. Breakfast buffet was good value. Garden was lovely - big kids play area, ping pong table and pool. Only downside was how far it is located from the centre of Riva - it took us over 30 minutes to walk. However, there are buses and plenty of parking spaces if you have a car. Recommended.

Very nice clean hotel with good facilities. The only down point was we were led to believe the hotel was 20 mins walk to the lake and we found it to be alot further. You do really need a car if staying at this Hotel.

The hotel was friendly and welcoming. Although we had booked for 4 days (as fully booked after that) the Manager provided us with accomodation in a new family flat when we asked to extend. A car is needed for this hotel as the walk into Riva del Garda is a little uncomfortable due to traffic and a lack of pavements.

Very impressed with the service provided by the staff. Rooms were very clean and quite spacious. Everyone was very friendly - even though they had to translate the menu from Italian into English every night for us. Only drawback was distance from hotel to centre of Riva Del Garda - could not walk in - necessitating either driving or using a taxi.

Ottimo albergo, camere stupende e dotate di tutto. E' un po' lontano dal centro, ma con la macchina non ci sono problemi.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Leider liegt das Hotel aber ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom zentrum entfernt! Wir kommen sicher aber wieder!!

A nice hotel with good facilities. Staff friendly & helpful. A little disappointed that the property was 3km out of town (despite staff telling us it was 1.5 km! - we had a very long walk!!!)

We enjoyed our stay very much and really enjoyed the swimming pool which has a wonderful view of the mountains near Lake Garda. All staff were friendly and helpful. We were a little upset at first to discover the hotel is located so far from the town of Riva as we did not have a car and had to walk along a very busy main road to get there.However it did not spoil a very relaxing break at Hotel Campagnola.

I really enjoyed Campagnola... the room was much bigger and nicer than I expected for the price, and the breakfast was good. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The location was a bit far from the Lake, but if you have a car, it is not a problem and it was also nice to be off the beaten track a bit. I would definitely recommend Campagnola... the prices were very, very reasonable.
