We stayed in a relax-room for our 3-day-trip to Lake Garda. Relax-rooms have mountain- and pool-view which makes them really comfortable and cosy. Room was very clean, parking is for free, staff was very friendly (Housekeeper greets in 5 languages at the pool), breakfast is typical italian. ;-) Location of hotel is central Riva, stores and restaurants nearby. We would always come back and can recommend this hotel without exception.

Very welcome and attentive personnel. Simple breakfast (no fruits, no eggs). Menu dinner (for extra charge) is cheap and sufficient (about 15Euro/person), when the hotel accomodates big tourist groups (popular among German tourists). Spacious rooms with small balcony with good view on lake or mountains. Nice swimming pool. 200 m across road to public beach, water sports area.

Bed for Baby was charged with 15 Euros for one night. Staff extremely unfriendly. Breakfast bad.

Nice small hotel,nice surroundings.both close to the city center and beach.I can highly recomend this hotel.

The hotel was very nice for the price. My only complaint was the fact that I was unable to use the phone and had the front desk was unable to resolve the issue.
