Feeling Hotel Luise - Riva del Garda

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in and the staff very considerate and helpfull.

We stayed during off-season and it really showed. Very few guests and therefore hard to expect full personnel attendance. The photograph shows the superior room and it's misleading since we expected this room when we booked but learned that our room was different and inferior in modernity. They accepted our argument and upgraed to superior w/o charge. One more thing - as English speakers the only channel we could enjoy was CNN but satellite was so poor it didn't serve its purpose (maybe due to weather conditions). I can imagine that in season this hotel is very pleasant. Indeed not in center of town but very close by foot. And proper car parking as well. The town is a real gem right at the tip of the lake. All in all we recommend.

Excellent hotel. Very stylish and unique. 99% of stay was great. However, surveys deal with averages. Only issue was that I needed to leave 2 nights early and was charged for both nights even though I came in one night early and the room was rebooked the same day (it turned out to be friends of mine that were staying at another hotel). Having worked in the hotel industry, I understand the practice of charging one night, but the full stay is ridiculous customer service. Unfortunately, that action alone will result in my not returning to the hotel (even though I do go to Riva del Garda frequently).

ALTHOUGH THE ROOM WAS WELL-EQUIPPED AND VERY CLEAN, IT WAS RATHER SMALL FOR THE PRICE. THE FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT WAS GOOD BUT THE RESTAURANT ITSELF WAS DISAPPOINTING, NO ATMOSPHERE, STARK SURROUNDINGS, HARSH LIGHTING AND BASIC TABLES, CHAIRS. EXCELLENT WINE.

Excellent location. we stayed two families 5 + 1 baby. 10 min walk to Riva center. nice people. good breakfast compared to average in Italy. Nicely designed rooms. The only thing I can comment is it is right on the main street so a bit noisy, but price performance wise - just take it.

Très bon hotel, un peu à l'écart de Riva donc calme. 5/10 mins à pied pour joindre le centre. les chambres modernes et très proppres. Un balcon agréable. Bon petit déjeuner.

The hotel Luize, provided an excellent stay at Lake Garda. It was our honeymoon and on our arrival we received a complementry bottle of Champange ready chilled and in our room. The hotel is within a 10min walk from the main waterfront square of Riva and within 5mins from the shore of the lake. The breakfast was exccellent with plenty of choice. There is free parking at the rear of the hotel and very friendly staff. The room was immaculate with very modern quality furnishings. The only bad thing which was very minor was that the road in front of the hotel was quite noisey during the day and early evening, but once the balcony door was shut you would struggle to hear it. I would reccomend this hotel to anybody, very very good ideed.

This has been an excellent stay for a business trip. Location is excellent although at the limit of the city. Surroundings at the moment not yet updated. Service and kindness excellent. I will hopefully stay there for my next business and touristic trip in June. This was one of my best hotels in Italy rate/comfort.

If you don't mind being a 10 min walk out of the centre of Riva then this is an excellent hotel & I can highly recomend it to the most decerning holiday maker. I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people. We enjoyed the stay very much. The buffet dinner was excellent. But we frequented at a more casual and economic Ristorante/Pizzeria Villa Aranci only a few minutes to the east. Free Internet in the public area was also a plus.

This was an excellent hotel, well located and well run. We were especially happy with the staff, their openess and their flexibility. We would be happy to stay there again when in Riva.

The hotel was very modern and clean. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers in a single room with adult bunk beds and 1 large bed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, both for variety and quality. You could even press your own carrot or apple juice, or have a crepe made fresh for you while you waited. The hotel was well within walking distance of the city center, and the city was a pleasure to visit. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, value and location.

The Feelin Hotel "Luise" was a real gem. Staff, facilities, service were all excellent and great value for money. Can't speak high enough for the hotel except to say I will be back. One minor complaint was that in one of the rooms the air conditioning unit broke down, but that can happen anywhere.

Very modern and comfortable hotel with a lovely pool area. 10 minute walk into the main square. Staff very friendly and were offered a welcome drink on arrival. Breakfast and dinner were both buffet style with a great selection. Hotel decorated in a very modern style throughout with all the latest mod cons. Internet access is available free of charge. Would definately come back again.

We liked very much the modern style of furniture in public areas. Soft music was very welcoming. Prices in the bar and restaurant were very moderate. We prusiated free bikes and internet. Service was excellent. The atmosfare very relaxed.

Everything was O.K. Next time I am in this geographical area, I shall try to book again in this hotel.

Nice, comtemporary hotel. Location was pretty good - only about 5 minutes walk in to the centre of Riva and quite close to the lake shore, but is situated on the main road from Rovereto so was fairly noisy. The staff all spoke excellent English and nothing was too much for them. Rooms were a bit on the small side, but were very comfortable and clean. Good selection at the breakfast buffet including childrens and gluten free items. Overall, we were ver satisfied with the hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent Hotel - recently refurbished. We had a Junior Suite which was all brand new. Free Mountain Bikes are ok (ish). Location could be better, but the quality of the hotel more that compensates. Would definitely recommend to friends visiting Lake Garda.

The hotel, epecially the reception aerea, is very inviting and stylish and we had a very warm and nice welcome. But I think that the spaciousness of our room (triple bedroom, Superior!) did not correspond with the price! The room was too small for three people. Some of the staff at breakfast were not very competent. The garden is lovely.

Excellent value .Wonderful staff.Cannot find fault with this Hotel Hoping to stay at Hotel Luise again .

This hotel was excellent. All staff, without exception, were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast cannot be faulted. The 15 Euro evening buffet was also excellent and could not be beaten on price or quality anywhere in the locality. We made use of the free mountain bike hire and free internet access to check email. The pool was well cared for, although a touch chilly, and had a poolside bar staffed from after breakfast through to early evening. Our boys made good use of the table tennis and table football tables. If I was being picky it would be that there was limited information on hotel facilities available in the rooms and there was some traffic noise from rooms on the front of the hotel. The tennis net and court could also do with a bit of a spruce up. Apart from that we had a really good time and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Superb price/quality. Would recommend Luise to all my friends, and will definately stay there next time I visit the area. A little noisy in room facing street, otherwise an excellent stay.

New and modern hotel

This is a great hotel, with great facilities. It's close to everything and easy to find. The free bike hire is great and the staff are very helpful. My one compliant is that the pool is far to cold (even in late June). We are already planning to use the Luise twice in 2005. So if the people at Luise read this please, please, please install a pool heater to make our stays perfect.

WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH LUISE. I HAVE ALSO ENCOURAGED A FEW OF MY FRIENDS STAYING INOTHER HOTELS TO SHIFT TO LUISE THE NEXT TIME THEY VISIT RIVA DEL GARDA !

The personnes was exceptionally professional, friendly, polite, up-to-date and able to speak many languages. it really made us feel home. Breakfast also worth of mentioning. We wish to come back. We are happy to recommend Luisa to those who enjoy being taken care in a nice surroundings.
