Although it is located in a very crowded neighbourhood (people always shout and yeild at 3AM!), this hotel is quite "cost-effecient" as they provide FREE WIFI (this is very important for budget traveller to get connected to entire world!!) and very good breakfast in a very good price ($R11 with coffee, lots of bread, ham, cheese, eggs, fruits--usually papaya, banana and melons). Staffs are friendly even though they don't speak english. So remember to learn a few "Survival Portuguese"!
