Its small 50's hotel(poorly)refurnished, the serrvice at the checkin was almost rude, and didn't improve in the check out, room and bathroom were really dirty, the bed was like sleeping in a very fragil dinner table, only 2 good points, breakfast was grate and its located a block from the beach.

The hotel is just 2 blocks from Copacabana beach and 1km from Ipanema. Usually hotels in this area are very expensive, but their price is fair. There's a bus stop in front of the hotel and a subway station just 2 blocks. Nossa Senhora de Copacabana, the avenue where the hotel is, is full of bars, fast foods, small supermarkets, pharmacies. We really enjoyed our staying.

When j arrived to the hotel in the evening of 23 febbruary at the reception there is not my prenotation by venere.com and the receptionist didn't want to accept me and my friend to the hotel. Likely there was a room for us, but it was very small and not very clean: we didn't like it, so we changed hotel. J believe that there isn't a real corrispondence betwen your photos of the hotel e what we really seen. In general j can't confirm the hotel standards that you presented on your website.

we had 2 bookings each for 2 days. For the second stay we had for the first night a very unconvenience room at the last floor, where the air condition was not sufficient; but after complaining they offered us immediately another room. The quality of the breakfast is very bad. The food especially the fruits and bread they offer is not tasty at all. But overall the service of the reception is excellent. Thank you and best regards
