en epoca de carnaval, el hotel esdtaba bien atendido, a pesar de ser su tarifa muy alta para un hotel 3 estrellas. En general, bueno, agradable y recomendable

non era la prima volta a rio de janeiro , ho sempre visto questo hotel dalla spiaggia, premetto che sono sempre stato in strutture di livello superiore. l hotel e piccolo ed accogliente , le camere prenotate erano due standard ma su richiesta ci hanno dato un upgrade e quindi abbiamo ricevuto 2 superior vista oceano . le camere ricevute erano pitturate di fresco. due cose non mi sono piaciute la moquette per terra che in un albergo di mare proprio non va bene e la vasca da bagno che era stata rismaltata quindi col tempo aveva perso anche la sua ultima smaltatura. abbiamo gradito invece il cambio della biancheria sia da letto che da bagno tutti i giorni ed il servizio in genere . consigliamo la direzione di sostituire la moquette con un bellissimo parquet e di far soffermare il personale di pulizia sui dettagli che per altro sono importanti . ringrazio il personale tutto per l ottimo servizio ricevuto ... very nice hotel perfect location very efficent personnel and friendly staff. carpet from the floor has to be taken away and bathroom to be refresh as soon as possible . obrigado !!!

Take the Linha Vermelha expressway to Copacabana. You will reach the Aterro do Flamengo expressway. Keep following Copacabana signs and keep straight; continue past the Flamengo and Botafogo beaches. You will reach Copacabana, where the hotel is located.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
