We didn´t enjoy our stay at this hotel. The staff was very unfriendly and not helpful and as a guest of venere with a good rate for the room we were treated as second class guests. We were not allowed to have breakfast although it was marked on our bill, also the beach services were not included (as mentioned at the webside of the hotel). There were only 8 bicycles for 64 rooms and the roof garden was closed, for security reasons as they told us (everything was rotten, it was really a danger to go there). The internet point was not working most of the time and the bathroom was full of mould. The mentioned jacuzzi was only available in a certain suite, the curtains had cigarette holes. I cannot recommend a stay in this hotel at all. It is not worth to be called a 4-star hotel.

By carFrom the A14 Bologna-Ancona highway: exit at Rimini Sud and follow the indications to the beach (mare) until you get to Piazzale Marvelli. Once you arrive along the promenade go towards the harbour. The Polo Hotel is in front of the private beach number 19.
From Rimini Airport: the airport is situated only 7 km from the centre of Rimini, while the Marconi Airport in Bologna is situated 110 km away.
The Rimini Fair is situated close to the Rimini Nord exit on the A14 highway and just 10 km from the hotel.
