Good 4-star-hotel. Taking your baggage from the car to your room. Small but good parking space. Rooms with small balcony, big television with many chanles, big bathroom.

We didn´t enjoy our stay at this hotel. The staff was very unfriendly and not helpful and as a guest of venere with a good rate for the room we were treated as second class guests. We were not allowed to have breakfast although it was marked on our bill, also the beach services were not included (as mentioned at the webside of the hotel). There were only 8 bicycles for 64 rooms and the roof garden was closed, for security reasons as they told us (everything was rotten, it was really a danger to go there). The internet point was not working most of the time and the bathroom was full of mould. The mentioned jacuzzi was only available in a certain suite, the curtains had cigarette holes. I cannot recommend a stay in this hotel at all. It is not worth to be called a 4-star hotel.

E' un grande piacere trovare ancora un 4 stelle al prezzo da noi pagato e per di più usufruire della colazione fino alle 12. Staff super!
