Excellent value for money. Family run. Antonio (Diana's brother) met us at airport for free. Very friendly, advised us on restaurants, sightseeing, local wine (he's a qualified sommelier) and took us on a short tour of Rimini enroute to the hotel. He made us very welcome, let us use his office computer to print documents, really great host. Most of the staff don't speak great English, but this is not a problem as Antonio seems never to sleep & he's fluent. Worst problem was the breakfast staff who were miserable, lazy & unhelpful. Breakfast is 8am to 10am, & Antonio said if we were late down to restaurant it didn't matter as we could breakfast on the terrace. Arrived down at 9am to find they had not cleared a table or restocked, so eggs, fruit salad, rolls, etc were all gone. 2 of us had to have just cereal with yoghurt,(milk gone), one had to go hungry. We asked for 2nd pot of coffee at 9.45 next morning & they refused as they'd cleaned the machine! However, Antonio had been to the bakery & bought us some local cakes to try at his expense that morning, so how could you complain? All other staff were lovely. Beach sunbeds were 5 euros (nearly £5) a day each, which is the reduced rate if you stay at Diana. Also the sea is only thigh height so the pool is necessary if you want to swim. However, the pool is great & the beds there are free. Proper hot shower in cubicle by pool. Air conditioning was not on in room, I expect you have to pay for it. We faced the not very busy road, but it was too noisy from traffic to keep balcony door open. Ask for room facing sea, or pay for air con. Free bikes & right by bus-stop so easy to travel anywhere. All told great value for money & quiet location compared to Rimini. I would recommend in spite of breakfast.

The hotel was not very clean, the room was small and very noisy in the street until 2 pm everyday and the employees doesn´t speak much english and any spanish.

Hotel Diana has a very friendly and welcoming staff, great pool facilities, and an excellent location on the beach close to many family-friendly activities. The website descriptions and photos are very accurate - this is an excellent value for the money, and this family-run hotel does its best to meet your needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Diana is a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly. You have free wireless internet at your room (when you bring your own computer). Breakfast is oke, all the main things (different sorts of bread, yoghurt) are present however the choice is limited. The rooms are small, especially the shower. But who cares when you pay only 30 euro a night (1 person, including breakfast) and have all that great facilities? Like the swimming pool, the wirhlpool, the free internet, parking facilities, bus stop nearby, view at the sea and the beach right behind the hotel. It is not like you went to Rimini to stay at your room all day, is it? So, I would definitily recommend Hotel Diana if you would to have a lot of facilities for a low price.

This was my 5th visit to Italy,my first to the hotel diana, and what a pleasant surprise,we were welcomed and shown round the hotel by Antonio, the proprieters brother, who through out our stay could not do enough for us.The hotel is in a quiet but busy area of Rimini, you walk out of the hotel pool area straight on to the beach. The pool and jacuzzi were kept very clean and tidy by Frederico a young english speaking Italian. The hotel itself, and bedrooms are spotlessly clean, and the staff are very pleasant. The guests were from several countries,Italy,Germany,France and the UK,quite a lot spoke good english. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Diana so much that we plan to return there next may for a weeks holiday,as we considered it true value for money.

This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel. No fault of the description but it is further out from Rimini centre than we expected (approx 17 euros each way in a Taxi). The owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble making this a very welcoming place to stay.

The hotel location was in a quieter area of Rimini which we enjoyed. The area offers nice eateries and bars. The beach was very nice and so was the pool area. The staff (family runned) was amazing, they were very helpful and friendly. They made our stay very relaxing and welcoming. I definitely recommend this hotel especially for the price, hospitality and the facilities.
