Horrible hotel, stay away! This was the first time I left a hotel right after I had checked in and seen the room. The room was very dirty, so much that I even felt like I got dirty myself simply by standing in it. I didn't want to open my suitcase for fear of something jumping into it. There was an old telephone covered with brown dirt. The floor had dirt stains. The desk and chairs were dirty, the nightstand was old and dirty and underneath it you could see dirt as if it was pouring out from under it. If you don't believe me I took pictures and will try to add them with this review. The bed looked like someone had slept in it. The sheets were wrinkled and there were hairs and dirt on them. The walls were lined with dirt. There was a horrible noise in the room: zmmmmmm zmmmmmmm zmmmmmmm. The elevator was shaky, small and generally scary. The receptionist was not particularly welcoming but okay, but when I went back down and said I wanted to cancel my reservation straight away she seemed baffled and slightly rude, asking me to show her the dirt, which I did, and she didn't even comment it, just said that she could see if there was another room available but she didn't know if there was. I asked "Won't it be the same standard?" to which she didn't reply. I don't think it's right that I had to pay for the first night, get a taxi and go searching for a new hotel and pay more than 3x the amount for the first night, but I would have paid more simply to get away from hotel hell. I'm still worried that some kind of pest worked its way into my bags. Luckily I found a much better hotel, otherwise I don't think I would have slept at all the first night in Rimini. It's better to sleep on the beach or a park bench than in "Hotel" Atrium. The place is simply a dump. The only good thing is the location, close to the beach, but so are many, many other hotels and they are not much more expensive either. I knew I was taking a chance with thi

I stay there for one week and the cleaning lady went to my room just once in the whole period. I stayed in the residence next to the hotel so the room, even if a bit neglected, was really big and complete.
