Hotel Apis - Rivabella, Rimini

This hotel has a helpful staff, very nice swimmingpool, easy walking distance from the see, the breakfest room is a bit dated, but perfectly functional. There is a possibilty to rent a small fridge for 3 Euro/day.

It was a remarcable stay at Apis Hotel and i recommend it to all who want to acomplish a great holliday in Rimini.

Very nice and clean hotel. Close to the beach and promenade which wakes up at 9p.m. If you are around and do not want to spend big money, stay there.

The staff were very helpful. The room was good, the breakfast excellent. The pool looked nice but unfortunately we did not have time to use it or the other facilities. The restaurant was not in the hotel but an associated one further down the street which is slightly misleading on the website but the staff explained about the special menu fixe and the location and it was no problem.

It was out of season with nothing much going on around. the hotel was quiet at this time. very good breakfast and helpful staff. bathroom cramped but okay. easy access to transports to central rimini with good service. would go to the same hotel again

Very disappointed, advertised activity which were not there,ask at reception if it was just end of season thing they informed us that the activitys advertised were in fact never there, had we have known we would not have gone to this hotel.we wanted some evenings where we could relax with a drink etc and have some entertainment.

We were surprised with quality of services and hospitality. Hotel is situated on quiet place, and stuff is very helpful and professional. Apis is right place if you are looking for relaxation. Close to the beach, equiped appropriate for stay during summer. even during raining days you have opportunity to spend your time playing pool or table tenis. One of the few hotels I visited (traveling a lot for business, and staying mainly in 4 - 5 star hotels) and find that money/value rate is appropiraite. Would recommand for families. :)

Très aimables chambre petite mais calme et confortable

While the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, our reservation had been lost. We were given a quadruple and a double room (what we had originally reserved), and we were very disappointed. The quadruple room was so small that the four of had to take turns opening our suitcases. The room had two beds that were bunk beds and a double bed. There was no ladder for the bunk beds, and the guardrail on the upper bunk was broken. The upper bunk partially blocked the phone and light fixture on the wall. The mattresses were less than desirable. The tiny double room could only be reached by going out onto the roof and opening a metal door. The surface of the roof was uneven and a person could easily trip. Both rooms had no shower stall, but instead had a shower head which soaked the entire bathroom, requiring that everything (including toilet paper) be removed from the bathroom before showering. The bathroom floor was soaked after showering...a person could not get dressed in the bathroom because everything was wet. Our towels were so thin and rough that we joked that the exfoliation provided by the towels was an "unadvertised special". The small pool was over run by noisy children who ran rough shod over other guests in the pool and were never reprimanded by their parents. We would have left but our next destination was four hours away and we were exhausted. Don't stay here.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Description of hotel misleading. The fitness room is not in the hotel, but is an arrangement with a gym about a mile away. The hotel restaurant has closed, so that only breakfast is available. The arrangement with some local restaurants to offer a reduction is not always reliable. Having to cross 2 major roads to reach the beach is not ideal. The swimming pool is much smaller than expected, but still reasonable. Rooms quiet in their own right, but building work going on all round the hotel. The hotel's credit card machine broke down, which made it necessary to find a bank and withdraw cash to pay bill. Pleasant international clientèle in hotel. Good for a short break, but not ideal for a longer holiday.

The hotel is very cheap but also very simple: small beds, one cover (for two), shower as part of the bathroom. I would recommend the hotel to those who look for something cheap and who aren't demanding.

Booked as a last night stay with easy access to Rimini airport. One night or maybe a weekend would be most suitable for a hotel like this. Clearly a 1960's hotel with a down at heel feel to it although the room was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. At the price you will get your share of budget revellers to prevent a full night sleep. Providing you have a tolerant nature and understand that you are paying only for wat you get you won't be disappointed. It suited it's purpose admirably

This hotel is about a 45 minute walk into rimini or 10 mins on the bus(you can obtain bus tickets from reception = 1 euro each..you can't pay on the bus you have to pre-purchase a ticket)..The hotel is on a level road no hills or steps to climb..The beach is literally 5 minutes away...The rooms were smaller than we expected...no tea/coffee making facillities or mini fridge..but the hospitality of marco and Maria was excellent...pool area needs refurbishing and cleaning but still very usable...bar area and eating area was very clean and welcoming with a pool table and table tennis....internet at the hotel was very quick and easy to access(3 euro's a hour).breakfast was alot of cakes/fruit/cereals/bread rolls/cheese and meats....overall we would class this as a basic hotel but more than adequate for the price we paid...The restaurant "La Brace" and "La Posada" are well worth trying...grazie Marco & Maria

I WAS WITH MY WORK FELLOW AND HER ROOM HAS A BATH MORE LITTLE THEN MINE, EVEN IF WE ASKED FOR A DOUBLE ROOM AS WE READ YOUR REPORT ON INTERNET. I HAD ONLY BREAKFAST AND THERE WERE ONLY COFFE , MILK AND CHOCOLTAE SERVED ONLY BY AUTOMATIC MACHINE, WHILE I ASK AT LEAST NATURAL MILK AND MNOT THE POWDER- HOWEVER ASKING MORE TNEH ONCE I OBTAINED MILK. THEY HAVEN'T KITCHEN I DON'T KNOW IF I WOULD GO BACK EVEN IF FOR A CONGRESS SO ONLY TO SLEEP!!!!

Está relativamente céntrico, bien comunicado, el staff atento y muy barato. Claro, a ese precio no se puede pedir el oro y el moro así que me ha parecido una calidad relación precio muy buena, yo igual repetiría. Tiene hasta su piscina y pequeño aparcamiento. El entorno del hotel son casas adosadas muy tranquilas y está a 300 metros de la playa.

The hotel position is very good for visiting the centre of the city, breakfast was excellent but the rooms are very small.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, and the possibility to stay in the breakfast room even 30 minutes after closing!

OUR FIRST STAY HERE WHAT A LOVLY BUNCH OF STAFF,COULD NOT GET THE AIR CON TO WORK IN THE ROOM TURNRED OUT WILL NOT WORK WITH BALCONY DOOR OPEN.EVEN HAD UNDER SHADE PARKING FOR THE CAR,WE HAVE PAID A LOT MORE AND HAD A LOT LESS THAN HERE !

When you need relax go to Apis Rivabella.

The hotel was lovely, very clean, as was our room. It is just situated a nice distance from the beach as the hotels that were on the promenade would have had a lot of noise at night whereas Hotel Apis was in a quiet "no through road". We stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was a buffet which was excellent. We would definitely go back again. We were only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Rimini where we were able to get the train and the bus or there was a bus stop just meters away from the hotel which was also convenient. We were able to take the Eurostar train to Rome (our preference), and also San Marino was easily accessable via bus excursion (approx 45 minutes away) beautiful place. A trip also to Santa Monica, Misano was easily accessable. We also went on a boat trip (mini cruise) around the Adriatic coast. The only thing we found was that a lot of the menus aren't in English and they don't serve potatoes!! Nice holiday.

Very very small quadruple room. Far away from night life of Rimini.

We arrived a day earlier then expected and the staff were very helpful in changing our reservation to three nights instead of just one. The breakfast is great and the staff are friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. The night portier is very nice too. They have an internet access computer that you can use. The location is slightly outside the main center of Rimini but we walked into the city a few times. We found a place to pick up late food and drinks a few blocks away as well.

Bath Tab too small, cant turn the body. The WC is very tight and not comfortable.

Good hotel. I would recommend it. What I like more is that the owner attends you personally. What I don´t like is the breakfast and the coffee machines. Excellent cleanliness. Congratulations to the waitress.

L'estetica dell'albergo lascia un po' a desiderare. E' situato in una zona molto tranquilla vicino al mare. Unico "neo" è che si sentono molto i rumori delle stanze affianco. Buona l'accoglienza ricevuta.

El hotel no esta nada centrico, se encuentra en un pueblo bastante alejado de Rimini. Las habitaciones se encuentran en la azotea del hotel, la habitacion tiene un cuarto de baño pequeño que si te duchas se puede inundar. la piscina de la fotografia nada que ver con la realidad, es muy pequeña y se encuentra en la puerta del hotel al lado de la calle.

When we arrived the mgr said he was overbooked and we got a room on the roof with no window and it smelled terrible.The quality of the hotel is nowwhere a three star hotel. We will never go back and I hope that this statement means that nobody else goes there.

For a short stay the hotel is recommended. There are two types of room: our friends were in the smaller one and there was no shower cabin. The shower was at the wall of the bathroom. In the bigger hotel room there was a shower cabin and a bigger terrace. The breakfast was very simple without tomatos or any other vegetables. Conclusion: Our staying was three days and for this it was ok. Next time would go there again. You can pay with credit cards. One girl of the staff spoke german. And the latte macciato at the hotel was very excellent!

The only reason the Services and facillities has dropped 1 mark is because at breakfast we arrived towards the end of the stated time. this did seem to mean that some of the choices the early guests had were not available for us. Apart from that the manager and reception staff could not help me enough. A superb stay.

Hotel cheap and clean but looking a bit worn. Rooms very small and toilet didn't flush properly. Wouldn't want to stay there more than a night or two.

Recepton area could do with brightening up. Nice pool and good location for beach. Staff friendly and helpful.

Sono stata veramente bene all'hotel Apis. ero gia stata alcuni anni fa e sono stata molto contenta di vedere molte novità, come le camere rinnovate, l'uso della palestra e l'animazione; faccio i miei complimenti a tutto lo staff.

In albergo abbiamo trovato un'acoglienza molto calorosa e una grande disponiblità. abbiamo soggiornato in diversi alberghi in Italia e all'estero, e dobbiamo dire che qui il rapporto qualità prezzo é davvero buono, basti pensare che si può pranzare o cenare con soli 12 euro!!!!
