Family with young children

We were 2 families of 4 (2 young children each) the rooms, while not overly spacious were comfortable. Our only complaint was that the beach umbrellas and chair rental were not sufficiently explained which added an element of misunderstanding. The staff were all pleasant and responsive, the "in house" noise was loud (meaning we heard our neighbors quite clearly). We stayed for 3 nights 'pre season' and whatever minor inconveniences were tolerable, I would recommend this hotel but not overly enthusiastically.

The Ambra was a very nice room with a compact, but tidy bathroom. The location was perfect, right across from the beach and on the main street in Rimini. Our only complaint was the noise at night. We found it hard to sleep as there was loud music until the early hours of the morning. Also, our AC did not work, so that added to the noise as were were un able to slppe with the door closed. Also, the parking lot, although free, was very small and someone side swiped our car overnight. Other than that, we found our stay there very nice. The staff was friendly and the hotle was centrally located and a great price.

Ambra was the perfect resting place for an excellent vacation in Rimini. The staff was welcoming, the facility airy and clean, the rooms planned for comfort, and the dining room looks out over the ocean providing a beautiful start each day. Our top floor studio had the added benefit of a very large terrace with views of the water and the mountains. I travelled with my teenage daughters, and they cound not have had a better time.

The staff was wonderful, but I was dismayed to find I had been charged room service when I simply asked to have some more cups (plastic) brought to my room. Also, the parking was very crowded.

At our arrival the air condition did not yet work. It was important for us, because there were 30 degrees. I wanted to change the hotel after two days. Suddenly the air condition worked.
