All da 4 stelle, ma camere poco accoglienti ed arredamento vetusto

Personnel très sympa et compétent. Petit déjeuner : OK. Hôtel entretenu mais qui a vieilli, chambre de mon séjour grande mais avec sol en lino/carrelage qui ne fait pas très confort 4*...

Rooms are very plain and outdated,the whole building is outdated,breakfast has very few choices

We very much enjoyed our stay and returned the following week for a second stay

There are bicycle to rent for free at the hotel You can reach the hotel form central station on foot in20 minutes.

Sicuramente non un 4 stelle. Struttura poco consona per i giovani. Personale addetto alle pulizie molto cortese,non vale lo stesso per gli addetti all'accoglienza,qualcuno in particolar modo scortese, poco professionale e maleducato. Servizi offerti dall'hotel pochi e spesso inusufruibili per scortesia del personale di turno.

My Favorite hotel in Riccione!

Excellent Hotel, relatively cheap for a four stars, excellent food and kind service, lacks the pool but who cares when sea is only 50 mt far? :-) Hotel ottimo, veramente economico per essere un quattro stelle (pagato come un 3 stelle..ed in pieno periodo di ferragosto...), la cucina e' esemplare e probabilmente e' il fiore all'occhiello di questa struttura in cui il personale si segnala per gentilezza e disponibilità, manca la piscina ripetto ad altri hotel a 4 stelle della zona..Ma chi se ne importa, quando il mare e' a soli 50 mt? ;-)

We got placed in the most horrible room of the house with mold on the ceilling, broken floor tiles and a view to a quadrangle - not even a 2*. since totally booked out, complaining didn't help. last night we got a 4* room worth the price. area is close to the centre, lots of restaurants and bars, close to the beach. the own parking lot is great.

Sono più di 10 anni che vengo a passare qualche giorno in riviera romagnola, sicuramente l'albergo che ha un rapporto qualità prezzo migliore in assoluto. Consiglio la pensione completa, ottima cucina e servizio di sala impeccabile ! I migliori complimenti a tutto il personale.

Good hotel for family with very small children

Sono gia' stata ospite dell'hotel e non posso che confermare l'eccellente qualità dei servizi offerti.

Eccellente struttura: grandissima professionalità, disponibilità e attenzione verso l'ospite da parte di tutti gli operatori, camere spaziose e cofortevoli, ottima cucina e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Pulito ma la suite è troppo rummorosa e non insonorizzata. il traffico di notte è insolpportabile

Albergo imponente e ben tenuto, però tendente più alle 3 stelle, secondo la mia opinione.

Pessimo albergo. Molto inferiore ad un vero 4 stelle. Il peggior difetto è l'elevatissima rumorosità, dalla camera si sentivano fortissimi frastuoni di mobili spostati per il riassetto delle camere e addirittura il continuo movimento delle sedie dal ristorante. Pessima il servizio di ristorazione, peggio che in una mensa scadente. Colazione abbastanza abbondante, ma fino alle 10. Cena senza possibilità di orari flessibili, cioè solo alle 20. Il servizio è quello di un 2 stelle, pur pagando un 3/4 stelle.

The hotel is ranked 4* ... but I would say that it's a very very generous ranking... 2* would be enough! The room and the bathroom had a lot of humidity and the bathroom walls were even dirty. The overall look and feeling is of a very old-hotel which needs a lot of renovation works... very urgently!

The room was near the conditioning system; for this reason it was a bit noisy. This was the only undesirable thing of our stay.

The hotel was so nice. Sutaff was Kind and Helpful with smile. The room was clean and enough space for me. I was relax and enjoy myself.Thank you.

Nice hotel for a fair price.

A very good address, with a good restaurant. Very few to be excellent.
