The hotel was as advertised. The difference was the great staff. Very helpful and happy to fulfill a special request that was made of them. Breakfast was varied and a cut above most of the hotels that I stayed at in Italy. I would feel in confident in sending friends to the promenade.

How to reach Hotel Promenade

By car
From the A14 highway, heading towards Riccione, continue in svincolo Riccione, then turn left into viale Berlinguer. Turn right into viale Arezzo, left into viale Corsica, then left into viale Cagliari. Turn right onto the SS16, left into viale Mogadiscio, right onto viale Derna, then left into viale XIX Ottobre. Turn right onto viale Cesare Battisti, left onto lungomare della Repubblica and left again into via Milano.

The Riccione railway station is only 1 km from the hotel.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime from 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms before 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Use of the swimming pools is free of charge.
Beauty farm treatments are not included.
External parking is not included in the price and costs €10,00 per day from 1 September to 30 June and €20,00 from 1 July to 31 August.
Garage parking is not included in the price and costs €15,00 per day from 1 September to 30 June and €25,00 from 1 July to 31 August.
