Hotel Graziella - Riccione

Terrible hotel, full of screaming teenagers until late at night. Terrible bathroom, no soap, old over-used towels, esogenous human (?) hairs present in the sink and yellow wc. A small TV (non even plasma or LCD) was present in the room: you can rent it for 3 euros more. Unbelievable for a 77 euros total price of a double room without breakfast. Thank god bed linen seemed clean. I will never ever come back. Good point: quite near to the center of Riccione.

The owner of the hotel is very kind, but the facilities are very old. The bathroom does not have a real shower, all the bathroom is the shower. Is a place just for one night, but no for long stays.

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo direi quasi buono; unica pecca riscontrata è stato il letto, materasso scadente. La colazione compresa nel prezzo è stata sufficiente, macchinetta delle bevande calde "fai da te", ma decente. Non c'è l'ascensore nè il phon.

Cortesia zero assoluto, camera con doccia sul bidet e water....senza ascensore(ero al terzo piano) gestione familiare ma incopetente e maleducati!|!!!

Notice on door stated you could pay by credit card, however the owner only took cash which he demanded as soon as you arrived. Stated the hotel was recently refurnished, the lounge area was quite smart, but the bedrooms were very old fashioned, and we had to ask for large towels, as only small hand towels provided. The breakfast only consisted of dry bread rolls,which came out from the brown paper bag several days runnung cold coffee, warm yogurt, nothing was covered up.Overall he normal bed and breakfast in England seemed like a 4 star hotel compared to this

Good value accommodation in clean spacious rooms handy to as range of facilities, with friendly helpful hosts. We were however dismayed at being charged the hotels banking costs for currancy transfers which only arose because they don't have the appropriate credit card authorisations, this shouldn't be a cost to guests.

I needed a cheap hotel room for one and the Graziella was no frills but clean and cheap. Breakfast was basic but fine. Jonni on reception was very helpful in suggesting ways of getting from Rimini airport to the hotel via email. My only comment would be that the Graziella wanted a deposit of Euros 100 up front and not for a Barclaycard. It cost £8 for a money order at the bank and another £5 to send it securely - £13 on top. It would have been useful if they could have deducted the deposit from a credit card.
