Hotel Giulietta - Riccione

Nice hotel , very well located , with good food and services . It is worth its price .

Tornata all'Hotel Giulietta con 5 amiche dopo due anni dal nostro primo soggiorno, confermo il mio giudizio positivo sulla struttura e, in particolare, sulla posizione, la gentilezza delle addette alla reception, la pulizia e il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ringrazio la ragazza della reception che ha gentilmente provveduto a cambiarci la prenotazione all'ultimo minuto quando non era più possibile farlo attraverso Venere. Questa cosa pareggia abbondantemente il fatto che all'arrivo non fosse disponibile una delle due camere e, per la prima notte, una parte di noi abbia dovuto pernottare in altro hotel (Hotel Cristallo, per altro comunque molto valido anch'esso)

Ottima colazione, stanze pulite, bagno un pò piccolo, parcheggio inesistente. Non male!

THIS HOTEL IT'S SO GREAT...!! THE SERVICES ARE EXCELLENTE. THE EMPLOYEES OK..!!! I RECOMENDED SO MUCH THIS HOTEL, IT'S BEAUTIFUL, SPACIOSNESS AND VERY CLEAN. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE A GREAT ATTENTION...IN THIS HOTEL. CONGRATULATIONS GIULETTA HOTEL...!!!

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and found the whole experience exellent! Check-in & check-out were quick.The staff were fantastic and the comfort and cleanliness was very good. We didn't use the beach facilities because of the nature of our trip but we requested a pool & sea view and that's what we got and were very pleased with it. The only thing I could complain about was the dressing table which was very rickerty but nothing that couldn't be fixed. Beds were made,towels were changed and room was cleaned daily. We did have a problem when our beach towels blew off the balcony onto the roof of the breakfast room. We informed the hotel staff and by the following morning they had been retrieved and laundered which was more than we expected. Also the reception staff took care of our car, we left the keys with them and they made sure it was parked off road whenever possible. The continental breakfast was very enjoyable.

We are very disappointed of our setup in the hotel. We have not found what it was suitable on the card read on internet. We have not found the parking lot for the cars, we have not found the possibility to rent the bicycles, we have not found the facilitations for the use of the beach (as made to believe in the card) as: free entry to the beach, use of the bunks from beach and of the sunshade. The room was very small, with sight on a small dark courtyard, with insufficient and very precarious furnishings, The bath without window and with very noisy fan missed some necessary accessories as for example the supports for the towels, the very approximate cleaning and entirely inadequate the change of the laundry, of the asciagamanis and of the material of consumption (toilet paper, soap etc.). In conclusion I would never recommend this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel in excellent location. Rooms are not very big, but comfortable and clean. Service is good and all employees very nice.
