The photo of the hotel shown on web pages can only be seen when coming from Miranda by N1 road. From the other side, Hotelandgo is written in little characters among very bigger others. You should have a map with details. Explanations given are not sufficient. Comfortable hotel but very cold atmosphere. And 2 TV speaking during meals ! Not enough quiet.

Like other travellers we initially assumed the adjacent Restaurant was part of the hotel. A great mistake as the staff in the restaurant were unhelpful, bordering on rude. They did not explain the evening menu ( The first menu in Spain not in German, English or French). The quality of food extremly poor and expensive. The chicken ordered was NOT cooked after 2 attempts but we were still expected to pay for the FULL menu. These issues redeamed by the very helpful, polite hotel receptionist Natalia who also translated the menu for us. You need to put large signs up pointing out that the restaurant is NOT part of the hotel. Regards Philip & Carole
