We were the first time in Hotel Andreas. The house is already 500 years old in the old town. Not all rooms are with a bathroom an one of this have no window.Very lovely Manager and Staff.

We thought that this wold be a "hotel" but reality was more like a cheap accomodation for backpackers.The price was at least 70 euros to high per night. We visited some other hotels in the old town and the price level 100 euros per night without breakfast!!! Gave us a suite with breakfast at this time a year.Rhodos was a beautiful island and we will return there some day but not in "hotel" Andreas. Btw. our receipt says that this was a house for room rental Written in greece language .We cannot read greece.

ITALIANO: Camere sotto la media, 1 stella forse, bagni talvolta inesistenti, un bagno x + ospiti! o solo in comunicazione con altri bagli o su corridoi. Servizi hotel 0! Unica comodità, ubicato nel centro storico a due passi dai divertimenti notturni! Prezzo troppo alto! La metà dei prezzi sarebbea ppropriato. ENGLISH: Rooms under the medium, 1 star maybe, bathrooms sometimes not in the room, some bathroom for more guest rooms, close to each other with one unique window, or with a window in the common passageway. Hotel facilities 0! The only think is that is in the old town really in the centre, beside to all nightlife enjoies. Prices too high! Half of them would be proper.

Room Details
The hotel offers 10 double, triple and quadruple guestrooms, as well as a penthouse tower double suite.Each room is decorated in individual style, with original paintings and ceramics. All of the accommodations are non-smoking and have private bathrooms, with either bathtubs or showers, phones with free international calls, mini safes and city or ocean views. Rooms include complimentary wireless, wired and dial-up Internet access. Complimentary cribs/baby cots are available upon request.
Five of the rooms feature individually-controlled air conditioning and heating. Two of the rooms have a private garden and all of the lodgings enjoy lovely views of the Old Town or of the sea. The triple and quadruple rooms are 2-level accommodations featuring a double bedroom and either a single bedroom or a twin bedroom.
The spacious penthouse tower suite features a Greek-style double bed, en suite private bathroom and 4 large windows with exceptional views of the Aegean sea, the Old Town, the Medieval harbor and the Turkish coast. This unique accommodation has been recently renovated and is equipped with elegant carpets and a CD player.

How to reach Andreas Hotel
By airplaneRhodes Diagoras international airport is located 8 km away from the hotel. Bus and taxi services are available at the airport bus station.
It is forbidden to enter the area where the hotel is located by car. Guests can park their car outside the walls of the Old City and can either walk or take a taxi to Saint John's Gate, the closest point of entrance to the hotel. After entering the gate and crossing the double moat, turn left and follow the street until you arrive at the intersection of Omirou street and Phythagoras street. Turn left on Omirou street and follow the road for about 100 metres. You will see the sign pointing left to a small inner street. Walk up the path a few steps and you will see the hotel entrance.
By boat
There are daily ferry services connecting the Athens port of Piraeus to the Madraki harbour of Rhodes town, located outside of the Medieval city and about 1 km away from the hotel. From the port you can walk or take a taxi to Saint John's Gate, the closest point of entrance to the hotel, located within the walls of the car-free part of the town.
