The hotel was outstanding, particularly at the much lower rate through Venere. Our two reception staff, Fredrik and Alex, were helpful and friendly at every single point of service. They were interested in what we were doing and interested in helping in any way they could. The hotel is stylish and unique and well worth the visit.

Great location. Hotel does not look like much from outside but is lovely and modern on the inside. Reception was very helpful and called our tour operators to confirm tours for us. My husband and I would use this hotel again.

Beautiful modern hotel, just 10 metres from the central street of the city, many restaurants and shops just in few steps. Pick-up service by FLY-Bus available from (to) this hotel to the Kevlafik International Airport. Extremly friendly stuff on reception.
