Hotel Quality Reus - Reus

I reserve one bed and there are two beds. I confirme before my travel the "one bed" by phone with de receptionpeople. is a doble room whit another beth for my child, but there ara not towels. in the WC are not paper.... is a not smoking room and in this roon is smooking more one day.... NO TELL OTHER TRAVELLERS ABOUT THIS HOTEL PLIS.

When we arrived to the hotel, the receptionist received us with bad manners. She wasn't kind or helpful. She talked to me in a very inappropiate way. It made me feel uncomfortable and spoilt our arrival at the hotel. The other staff members were kind, thank goodness!

IMPECCABLE RIEN à dire deux séjours, toujours aussi bien.

Very good place for Reus airport, not easy to reach by walk. very clean and excellent for the money value.

Great hotel for low-budget

No bath towels. Very little personnel.

A pleasant enough hotel in Reus but a bit far from the main town. We stayed here as a stopover from the airport which is close by taxi. Cheap and cheerful with very helpful staff.

Lovely hotel but just a bit farther out from town centre than we thought. excellent value for money and very friendly staff and so quiet.

First time in Quality Reus, no coffee making facility, virtualy no welcome from front office.very dissapointed.

The desk clerk was extremely helpful and even arranged for us to share a taxi with another couple who were headed to the airport. The rooms were spotless. The ones at the front were a bit noisy from the traffic on the highway so we moved to the back.

Comfortable bed, but toilet didn't have enough power to flush properly. Television reception was poor on most channels. A busy road meant noise early in the morning.

Staff welcoming, only query was that breakfast OK at start of holiday but deteriorated later in week. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Although not on itinary we thought breakfast was included but it was extra.

Comments on room, holes from cigarette burns in top sheet on bed which is highly unnaceptable,there is a ash tray provided, but also a smoke alarm!! Shower needs mould taking off silicon.

Very pleasant stay, and I would return to this location again.

I stayed at the Quality Reus for just 5 nights, but it was very fine stay. The employees were mostly friendly and always helpful. The always had quick informations right at hand for any question. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Especially the bathroom was very clean. The cleanest i've ever seen yet. The bathtub can also be used as shower thanks to a small swinging glass door to close half of the bathtub. The beds are very large, comfortable and in very good condition. I always had a fine and tight sleep. The location of the hotel is great. Just a 10 minute walk to the bus station and another 10 minutes to the city centre. The airport is right around the corner (just a few minutes by bus), but at the hotel you don't hear any noise from planes arriving or leaving. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and i would prefer to stay there again if i ever should be back in Reus.

Me and my friends had a wonderfull time at your hotel the service was excellent the rooms were clean and the location is super. the price we paid was resnable and we got what we whanted and moor. thank you for your warm hospitality. aharon hanukka
