Hotel Les Loges - Chantepie, Rennes

Good alternative to my preferred Etap choice for overnight sleep. Restaurant is closed on Sundays.

The place is really good for the price. The staff makes you feel very welcomed but at the same time don't force them selves upon you, the room was very clean and, all in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a good time in Rennes.

Disponibilita' e competenza del personale ottima come altrettanto ottima la location per la quiete e pulizia del locale. Lontano dal centro di Rennes, quindi e' d'obbligo usar l'auto che trova ottimo parcheggio in hotel.

hotel situato in zona commerciale distante dalla città. Adatto a chi si muove con mezzi propri (auto) Buona qualità/prezzo. Stanze e servizi nella norma. Scomodo ai trasporti pubblici. Adatto a soggiorni brevi e con poche pretese.

Food at both breakfast and dinner very good.

One of the best breakfast display's I've seen in France - all the usual stuff, but varied and wide. Plus 3/4 different types of cake. Plus the receptionist very kindly allowed me to check out a day early at no extra charge. Petit déjeuner très varié, avec en plus des gateaux. La dame a l'acceuil m'a permis de quitter l'hotel un jour en avance sans préavis et sans charges supplémentaire. C'est dans un parc/zone industriel, donc les environs ne sont pas terrible - mais les chambres sont assez spacieuses et le petit déjeuner énorme!

The only small disappointment was that the restaurant was closed for evening meals at weekends but we did find a fantastic alternative in town so not a major issue. Other than that, spot on, we will be back!

The best thing about this was the fantastic buffet breakfast! Croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, fruit, cake, as much as you can!! Excellent. The restaurant is closed on Sundays (the day we stayed) and on Mondays, so be prepared to travel. Directions are incorrect, when you come off the rocade sud, turn right, not left ,then pass the Decathlon shop and take first road on the right.
