Nice clean and modern looking interior. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. My only gripe about the hotel was the size of our bathroom. It was very small - not enough room to swing a hamster let alone a cat! Although it was very clean.

Only stayed for one night in between locations. Fine for this reason but I would not have liked to stay here for longer. Excellent location if you want to be near the station and only 15mins walk from town.

The Astrid in Rennes saw to my every need: tourist information, beverages, unexpected extension of my stay, clear instructions about hotel access. Also, the location is near to train and other transportation. The room was cool, very clean and quiet. The personnel was not intrusive but rather helpful as I needed to rest due to health reasons. My stay there was well worth the money.

The advantage of this hotel is not only its low rates but its proximity to the train station. The rooms are small, but one does not go to Rennes to live in a hotel room. The hotel was an excellent point from which to visit Rennes.

From every highway take the Rennes-Gare SNCF exit and then follow signs indicating Gare.

By public transport
By bus or by underground get off at the Gare stop.
