the hotel was ok: price and quality of hotel and room matched; for a short stay perferct; the hotel is located really in the center of Reims; the cathedral can be reached within a few minutes walk.

The rooms are inexpensive and not much to brag about, but the hotel is in a great location, surrounded by many nearby shops, restaurants, and otherwise lively neighbors. A fairly good deal for a traveler looking for a bargain.

We were a group of 5 and we had to book 2 singles and 3 doubles online as 5 singles were not available. Upon arrival the girl assured us there was no difference in rooms, and so allowed us to pay the single rate for each room (great!). Each morning a different one of us got hot water for a shower, but never all of us. All of the showers were a bit strange and unreliable. THe hotel promised cheap parking in a nearby garage but the tickets had 'run out' and none ever seemed to arrive. So we had to pay full fare. They also ran out of toilet paper. Not a great hotel!

Staff could not speak English unable to explain Parking possibilities but we found free car Park 200 yards away.Lots of road works made it difficult to find hotel. Stop off on the way to Alsace

The room was small, carpet was not so cleaned and sometimes the noise on the corridor could be heard, but, the location is very convenient, less than 10 minutes from the station, in the citycentre, and, since the window of my room faced the church, I enjoyed nice view. The staff was not so friendly.
