A good place to stay for one night. It has a good restaurant and is handy for motorway. However, the rooms are very small and the decor rather gloomy.

It is a nice motel for driving tourists. There are good restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Low score on room cleanliness was simply down to the fact that they allow smoking in rooms, or at least mine smelt of stale smoke. As I arrived late there was little I could do. Location is in an Industrial Estate.

An over night stop on our way to Colmar stayed with 3 other couples all travelling on motorbikes. Staff were very helpful when explaining the menu and when loaning a hairdryer.

The room was small, old and smelt funny. The hotel is in an inconvenient location in an industrial type area. You have to drive to get into Reims. The breakfast was good and included in the price.

Second stay at this hotel, good value for money, very clean, rather small rooms, decor a little bit gloomy, on a sort of industrial estate but not a big downside just don't expect to look out over picturesque landscape. All in all great for overnight stays.

Close to the motorway network and located on a developing business park, the Best Hotel is more like a motel than hotel. With good on-site parking and reasonable rates, this is an excellent place for an overnight stay. The restaurant is closed on Sunday but there's a Grill (open most of the day) and a Chinese restaurant only 100 metres away.

in periferia, è necessaria l'auto per andare in centro e la camera è molto piccola, la finestra si poteva aprire solo in parte. Ma arredamento funzionale, pulita, va bene per un paio di giorni. Rapporto qualità/prezzo più che suff.

We think that is should be included on any promotion of the accommodation that it is best suited for people who are driving in Reims. We were not aware that there would not be a bus service into the city on the weekend, and so it was quite expensive for us to travel that weekend.

We were disappointed with the service received compared to the price paid. We stayed in one of the Logis de france a couple of weeks before our stay in this hotel and this allowed us to compare quality of service received for the same price paid. We arrived at the hotel early evening after a very long day travelling. We had a baby with us who was fed up and tired. We were asked if we wanted to book a meal at the restaurant. I explained we had a baby with us and asked if we could take some food with us in our room. It was refused. There was no tea facility in the room. We went out again to find out if we could find a take away to eat in the car, but found nothing. We came back to the hotel, had a cup of tea in the lobby and went to bed without food. All because we didn't want the other guests to have to bear with a tired baby while they were eating. I was disappointed because I thought that in view of the circumstances I thought the hotel receptionist would have been a bit more understanding. A sandwich would have been sufficient. I don't want to be too harsh.. the room was clean, the staff smily and polite but no tea facility and not enough understanding from the staff didn't made it a great stay. we would stay again if we needed to but would come prepared.

Pretty basic hotel, and in the middle of an industrial park. We arrived late and left early and even then it ws a bit miserable. There are a couple of places to eat nearby which was handy.

We stayed for six nights, in a twin bed room. The hotel is calm and quiet with nice staff. The price is a little too high considering the peripheral location in an industrial area and not having breakfast included. However, this was not of any major drawback for us since we were discovering the surronding with our car. We would probably come back if we come to Reims in the future.

A cheap and cheerful hotel. We got what we paid for we didn't pay for 5* luxury and we didn't get it. Would stay here again.

Small but very clean room. Very comfortable beds. Big free parkingspace. Situated in a industrial area, but close to Reims city and the Champagne district. Good value for the money.

We had stayed at this hotel 3 weeks previously and although the room was very small, we considered that it was very good value (a special offer of 35 euros)and the staff very helpful. However, the second time we visited, the pleasant man on reception was not on duty and instead we had an extremely unhelpful and rude woman. Her behaviour spoilt our stay and we will not use this hotel again which is a pity because otherwise this is a reasonably priced hotel which is very convenient for an overnight stay.

Two rooms can be connected by a door. The two shower cabins are wall to wall. The water noises created by your neighbour are quite loud. I stayed in room #4. The window opened to a noisy street. The room itself was alright but 50 Euros for a single is a bit high.
