68 bed modern hotel in very old building right opposite the cathedral church. Friendly staff, pleasant reception area-though not huge for the size of the hotel. Lovely breakfast with decent coffee. Vast rooms with extra bed for our son, play area in central courtyard-hot but fun for the kids; nice bar without outside seats on the street by the cathedral. Quiet, historic town-we were just there for a night and didn't really find a decent place for an evening meal as many places were shut for the annual holiday, but I am sure some research would overcome that. Visited the town museum-a cool oasis from the August heat and just a few yards away.

Great hotel, great location overlooking beautiful valleys, extraordinary staff. First night in a room overlooking what would have been a quiet street but for being the gathering place for loud talking youths late at night. Upon request the staff relocated us (as a busy time for them) to a quiet room. Restaurant very nice for evening supper but menu choices limited for more than a couple nights stay. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. Worth every penny as a hotel. And Recanati a very good base for visiting many cities and locales in the Marche.

Very fine hotel, starting from the kindness at reception till the breakfast in a wellcoming lounge bar atmosphere! The only trouble is the difficult in finding the hotel location and a car parking. If i'll get back there, surely I'll chose this hotel again!

Recanati is a lovely example of a quiet authentic hilltop town. The hotel was excellent with excellent position, views and very professional and welcoming staff. Rooms are very modern with high quality decor, bed linen and pillows for a comfortable sleep. Bathroom beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was the best in Italy with healthy options at a buffet. Parking was unavailable to us due to a conference so we parked with ease nearby as very safe area.

Gallery Hotel Recanati is a truly lovely hotel. We would happily have stayed for longer. The staff were pleasant and friendly and the hotel was clean with nice furnishings in good repair. The bar prices were reasonable and the drinks came with a fantastic array of nibbles. We used our TomTom to find the hotel (we'd driven down from Venice) and the street name on the TomTom was Via Falleroni, not Via Giovanni Falleroni. We were able to drive straight to the hotel. Via Falleroni is a narrow cobbled streed but opens out slightly just by the hotel. The bar had a deck with tables & chairs and large sun umbrellas that jutted out into part of the wider area. The signage over the hotel is discrete with ghr (Gallery Hotel Recanti) as the larger piece of the sign. The hotel is on the edge of a hilltop town so the restaurant has fabulous views over the surrounding countryside and presumably some of the rooms do although mine did not. This did not detract from our enjoyment of the hotel. When I booked I used the Additional Requests section to request a parking space in the guarded carpark but when we arrived this couldn't be accommodated. I recommend sending an email directly to the hotel to make this request. (We parked in an ordinary parking bay without any problems.) On Saturday mornings there is a large market in the Recanati town square (about 2 mins walk from the hotel). Recanati is close to the A14 toll motorway that runs down the Adriatic Coast. It is therefore a good location for travelling further afield.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, ottimi aperitivo, cena e colazione nel bar-ristorante attiguo. Consigliato sia per coppie che per occasioni di lavoro. Staff molto cortese e disponibile. Camere raffinate e pulite.

We wanted a base fairly close to Ancona airport on a long weekend break.I chose The Gallery Hotel from previous comments made on Venere.I was not disappointed.The hotel & staff were first class and the views stunning.Recanati and nearby Loreto are well worth a visit.I Would highly recommend it

l'albergo è situato nel centro di Recanati.Facili gli spostamenti a piedi.Non presenta un parcheggio privato se non pubblico convenzionato a pagamento.Le stanze sono spaziose,pulite,moderne,luminose e silenziose.L'albergo è nel complesso nuovo.Ottima la veduta dalla sala colazione.Un po' scarsa la colazione.

Even if you don't particularly need to go to Recanati, the Gallery Hotel is certainly worth a visit. Perched on a wall at the edge of the town the Gallery Hotel enjoys spectacular views of the surrounding counrtyside. Parking is easily and freely available at the rear of the hotel. This is a new hotel and the rooms are spacious and slick. We had a room with a wonderful balcony ( table and chairs/lounger). The Hotel has excellent rates and is good value for money by any yardstick. The Hotel is well managed by the lovely Stefania Ghergo. Stay there!!!!

Absolutely fantastic hotel and staff. Great recommendations for dinner (Borgo Anticha), shopping. Directions scant--but signs fairly well placed. Parking not close enough for handicapped, but hotel accommodated us directly out front. Lovely hotel in a lovely town with lovely views. Underrated.

Very elegant environment and indeed comforting. Personal indeed professional and of extreme courtesy. The restaurant could have some choice in more for the menù. Indeed an exceptional Hotel, compliment!!!

The hotel was converted from a seminary about six months ago. All decorations and furnishings are in excellent condition and very comfortable. Most staff spoke reasonable English and were very eager to please. The view from the rooms overlooking the valley and from the dining room is quite spectacular. Breakfast was adequate but less variety than in many continental hotels. The mini-bar provided free soft drinks but a tea and coffee tray would have been welcome. Our stay was during mid-winter and it was a struggle to get the room warm enough for relaxing in. The free car parking was excellent for our out-of-season stay but I can imagine it might be over-crowded if the hotel was full. Overall, this relatively small hotel meets a good 4* standard and I am sure we shall return.

Excellent accomodation. Very elegant e modern hotel in the Recanati historical centre with private free parking. Luxory and very big bathrooms. Excellent breakfast in a very beautiful room with a wonderful view on the surrounding hills. Very clean. Very kind personnel. EXCELLENT!!
