Wonderful stay. Professional and helpful staff!

Great garden in the back to cool off after a full day of sightseeing. Staff very approachable and helpful. Terrific location, near San Vitale. However, the street is mostly quiet.

I stayed for one night in April. The hotel is conveniently close to the centre and the main sights. The place seems to have been designed by three different people. The reception areas are small but elegant and 4-star but my room felt cramped, functional (despite a decorative curtain), closer to a 3-star and unwelcoming. There was something uncomfortable about it and I didn't sleep well but am not sure if it was me, the bed or the heating they'd put on to counteract the unseasonable chill. At least the breakfast room – a riot of camp powder blue and startling pink, made me laugh, but wouldn't have been too good with a hangover. The service when I arrived was rather grudging (this member of staff didn’t like working on a Sunday) but next day's staff were charming. Breakfast was good and there's a very good restaurant (Osteria del Tempo Perso)just round the corner in Via Gamba.

This Hotel is a real find as there is an absense of comparable quality facilities in Ravenna. Perfectly located to walk to everything.

Hotel Bisanzio had a beautiful robe awaiting us as a gift and even provided breakfast in bed. The staff were freindly and helpful. The best part is that everything you want to see in the historic city center is an easy walk from the hotel. I will stay here again.

A very very convenient hotel close to all ths wonderful sights of Ravenna. + the shops ! Reception staff particulaly pleasant and helpful, but everyone very nice.Single room perfectly adequate and bathroom clean and tidy. Breakfast always nicely served and good choice.

Excellent hôtel dans le centre historique, très au calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables avec tout le confort désiré. La direction et le personnel sont des gens charmants et toujours prêts à vous aider. Le service de chambre est plein de tact. Nous retournerons dans cet hôtel que nous recommandons à ceux qui veulent passer un séjour agréable proche de tous les lieux de visite.

Turistas y corporativos. Ambos. Staff amable y correcto. Habitación y baño muy cómodos y limpios. Desayuno muy bueno. Hotel muy bien ubicado en la zona histórica, con muy buena relación precio-calidad.

There was a room where the wall was made of wood and each and every world spoken in the other could hear at 2 AM

The staff is excellent. Ravenna is a great city. The hotel is perfectly fine, but it is a Best Western and it has that flavor to it. I thought it was overpriced for the accomodations in comparison to other more elegant places we stayed in Italy, some for less money. That said, the desk people were most helpful and accomodating.

Stayed only one night, but had stayed here before. Modern hotel. Quiet, comfortable room. Good location, good breakfast.

We spent one night in Ravenna. The hotel was centrally located to everything we came to see. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was excellent.

L'Hôtel Bisanzio est un excellent hôtel qualité/prix. Peu éloigné de la gare, bien situé, près des sites touristiques et de bons restaurants. Notre chambre était spacieuse, propre, moderne avec une belle vue sur la ville.

We stayed in Hotel Bisanzio over a hot Ferragosto bank holiday. Our room was cool and spacious and the service we received in the hotel was very good given the busy time of year. Its proximity to all the main monuments as well as bars and restaurants is a great advantage. We will definitely stay there again.

An excellent hotel in good location. Directions were easy to follow and parking garage handy (though not on site). Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts. Pleasant, spacious room. We had a splendid stay in Ravenna made better by this first rate hotel.

This hotel is among the best values in Italy. The rooms and service far exceed the prices charged in other cities. The hotel staff are among the best we've encountered anywhere in the world. We will return and use this hotel as a bass to tour the surrounding region.
