A truly great hotel and staff. Over the top service. Yes this is a european hotel and the age of the hotel and size of the room, bathroom and especially shower reflect this fact. But it is the only hotel in ravello you can get for less than $350 a night and the views are incredible.

Welcoming, comfortable and very friendly. Enjoyed our short stay, the double room is a bit small, bathroom needs renovation and no a/c. Simple unpretentious fur other, clean and tidy. A great plus; the stunning view for a charming balcony , fantastic moonlight, fresh breezy afternoon. , but the sun hits harrd in early morning. Very helpful , attentive and efficient staff Strongly recommend the restaurant. Excellent refined cuisine,several vegetable and fruits from the hotel orchard, fgs particularly delicious Breakfast could be improved and appetitive or " happy hour" could be served on the terrace and / or the patio. Very good wifi Internet connection. Will certainly return to the hotel,if another trip to Ravello is planned.

In addition to all the conveniences offered by this hotel, including superb and affable service, it sports a fantastic panoramic view of the bay and Minori at sea level. The charming Piazza S. Giovanni del Toro and its lovely fountain, just a step from the hotel entrance, was a welcome surprise.

Extremely friendly staff!!! Breathtaking view - the food and view from the hotel restaurant could not have been better - eating here is a must! Good location in relation to the centre square. Room was made-up in the morning and turned down in the evening. Free wi-fi was nice.

The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. Our room had a million dollar view of the ocean, a small town and high terraced hills. The building itself is fascinating ...... a prior convent that was built in 1228. This hotel is a wonderful personal feeling hotel.
