Hotel Stella - Rapallo

Very good family driven hotel in an excellent town. Very helpful reception with very good advice for restaurants etc. Made our stay a real success. A bit noisy from the road and traditional italian breakfast. Thanks for some really nice days! If you arrive with car, perfect to reserve a slot in their garage ( a bit expensive though).

Nice, warm people in the reception - old building, we got a room with painted, high ceiling - Water in the shower was coming out from an old fashioned pipe - It was very nice and relaxing for a couple of summer vacations

This hotel has a great location and is good value for money. A family runs the business and everyone was very friendly (although not all the reception employees speak fluent english we got by with broken italian). We would definately stay here again just for the warm family feel. The rooms themselves are clean but certainly not modern, which is kind of a nice change. The hotel feels like a big family house with a friendly golden retriever "catch" to greet you at the door. Walking distance to everything in Rapalo, train station and ferries to surrounding ports. Good internet access and tourist info.

Very good and clean

We stayed at the hotel from Sunday July 12 - Thusday July 17 and really had a wonderfull stay. Very nice and competent reception. We came in to early but that was no problem at all. The next day we needed breakfast somewhat earlier than normal opening hours: no problem at all. In one word: nice, friendly, efficient staff. Small family hotel that has been renovated and very clean. I will not hesitate a second to book it again when I pass again some days at Rapallo. Price / Quality: good hotel. We had a family room (2 adults and 2 teenagers - 12 and 16 years) and everyone was very pleased.

Cela nous a tellement plu que nous avons prolongé notre séjour! Accueil chaleureux, chambre familiale spacieuse, belle salle de bain; hôtel bien situé!
