Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation 2 days prior to arrival or non show, you will be charged 1 night cancellation fees. THE RATES DOESN'T INCLUDE THE CITY TAXE : 3.50 EURO PER PERSON/PER DAY. PAYMENT AT THE HOTEL.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
