Hotel under renovation, noisy in the hallway and in the restaurant room. Did not negociate a reduction because of the renovation work.

The room in which I stayed and all public areas are to be properly cleaned (floors, doors, chairs, switches, etc.). The first thing I saw when I entered the hotel was the hotel bar full of people, smoke and noise - I didn't find this very attractive. Moreover, I cannot say that the staff was friendly and co-operative, especially if I think of pleasant experiences I had in some other hotels in Rabat. For me, the only good thing about this hotel is its location near the airport and the nice view on the river and the Tour Hassan.

Nice hotel although the guy on reception wasn't very keen to get off his chair and check us in, restaurant expensive and service was slow and we booked a triple room and were given a double room with a sofa and a pair of sheets (once we chased up the third bed). Lovely facility just a bit let down by the service. However some staff were the exception, one person allowed us to print some ferry tickets and was quite helpful. We did return for another stay, mainly because there were limited options in the area. (that time we got a third mattress as well as sheets when we chased up the third bed so it was a bit more comfortable. The housekeeper was pleasant quick and efficient)
