We zijn erg tevreden over dit hotel. Het is schoon en het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn groot, schoon en goedkoop. We hebben twee keer een boot en een bus gereserveerd bij de eigenaar van het hotel, waarop hij zelf naar het centrum reed en de kaarten heeft opgehaald. Hij vroeg hier geen extra geld voor. Daarnaast heeft hij ons op een keer vroeg in de ochtend (gratis) naar de haven gereden, zodat we geen taxi hoefden te nemen. Ik kan dit hotel van harte aanbevelen.

VERY PROFESSIONALI wanted to visit patagonia and its sorroundings, I found Hotel Alcazar in Internet and I travelled, It was incredible wonderfull, they organized all my tours; to Torres del Paine, Navegation to the Balmaceda and Serrano Glaciers, also To Perito Moreno and Calafate in Argentina. its was great at very good prices.The Hotel has a very good location, the place  is safe and beautiful, I really recomend the hotel.

We stayed in Puerto Natales for 1 night at Alcazar. The hotel is fairly basic. Our room was small but comfortable. There was free internet access. Bathroom was tiny. Everything worked. It has a feel of renting a room in someone's house rather than like a hotel. Breakfast was very spartan with juice, cereal and few cheese slices and ham. The place is about 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre. Our room was near the road so we could here the road noises although there was not much traffic.

A really nice and cozy hotel. the only big disadvantage is the location which is far from the town center (although it's a small town, so it's ONLY 10 minutes of walking....). all in all, a very nice place to stay!
