Opened in 2001, this Canarian style building is spread on five floors, featuring four lifts, restaurant, two bars, mini market, hairdresser, beauty centre and a small wellness area with sauna and gym. Furthermore, at guests' disposal a magnificent outdoor swimming pool and a relaxing sauna.

The beautiful hotel surroundings offer several places of interest such as the enchanting Teide mountain.

Receptionist who dealt with me on arrival was most unpleasant. The room allocated was not as requested and it took a week to obtain the very desirable suite we wanted.The rest of the Reception Staff were fine Dining was for the most part on a Buffet basis. The ALaCarte restaurants being open only two days a week and requiring 48hour pre-booking.We did not sample them but by report they were very good. The food variety and quality were excellent for the first two weeks but seemed to 'tail off' thereafter The Public Rooms were fine but very noisy with 'entertainment'every night.

This Hotel should not be rated a 4 star Hotel but only a 2 or 3 star, the rooms were dirty on arrival and were not cleaned at all in our weeks stay. The rooms were also very very noisy with little or no sound insulation, we could hear our neighbours snoring anmd turning over in bed and using the bathroom, also when the neighbours smoked we got all the cigarette smoke in our room. all the public places in the hotel were full of , and stank of cigar and cigarette smoke very badly, so we had to avoid them at all times.Every morning early we were woken by very noisy staff in the corridors. Each time we made a request for something we were asked for a deposit, not only a $20 deposit for the key to the safe in our room but a $16 charge to use it for one week, and a deposit of $10 for each pool towel which were worn out. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, they did manage to get me an iron to use but no ironing bourd, so I had to use a coffee table, I was allowed the use of the iron for one evening only. Breakfast was not bad, but all the fruit was from a can, Resteraunt was clean.the Hotel is situated at the top of a pretty steep hill, there is a free shuttle bus every half hour up and back, without this the stay would have impossible. We really enjoyed Peurto De La Cruz and would return, BUT NOT TO THIS HOTEL. NOT A FOUR STAR AND FOR WHAT WE GOT IT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the accommodations are available from midday until 6 p.m. Guests are kindly asked to contact the hotel in case of later arrivals in order to confirm their reservation.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the accommodations not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Mini safe is not included in the price and costs €3,00 per day.
Breakfast is included in the price.
All Inclusive rates include:
Buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests who are unable to dine on-site can order a picnic-style lunch or dinner to go; orders must be placed at the restaurant entrance prior to 8 p.m. the night before.
House-wine, soft drinks, beer and mineral water are included with lunch and dinner. Drinks ordered at the bar between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. are also included. All Inclusive rates include your own drinks only, therefore individual orders must be limited to one drink at a time. When offering drinks to others, full menu charges apply. The All Inclusive deal expires at midday on the day of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY
