7 of us stayed in 3 separate double rooms and all of us had problems getting hot water. We also had a major misunderstanding with breakfast - firstly a person allergic to crustacea was unexpectedly served prawns, secondly, there was no way of telling from the breakfast menu what was included with our complimentary breakfast and what wasn't. We ended up in a massive argument over this, and the manager agreed not to charge us for the dishes we had assumed were free - then on check out, they tried to charge us again! We paid up front for any expenses other than room charges throughout our stay, such as meals and drinks - only to have them try and charge us for random drinks again on check-out. The hotel was lovely to look at, but we were left with a rather unpleasant taste in our mouths. If you stay there, I strongly recommend keeping receipts for everything and getting any promises made by staff in writing!

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation.
