The decorations were so Italian we took photos of the common areas. Staying outside of Venice was a great choice, only a few minutes to the train station and hassle free ride into town.A really great value. We'd recommend it to anyone, and have to our friends.

Ask for a garden view room. The front rooms are very noisy.

We had originally thought that staying outside of Venice might be a problem, but this turned out to be perfect! A quick bus ride into the City and we didn't have to worry about dragging our baggage around in Venice. The host was extremely helpful and very gracious and the hotel grounds are truly beautiful.

After a long trip in Italy on business. I ended my 14 day trip with a 2 day stay at the Park Hotel Villa Vicini near Treviso. The best part is that it's a new place, and the rooms were very nice. Marco Polo Airport on a quite morning is less than 30 minutes...more like 20 minutes. The only think negative was that they did not have high speed internet and only had dial up service available.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Colazione ottima. Ampio parcheggio. Camera molto accogliente e spaziosa, unico neo l'aria condizionata non funzionava e visto che la nostra stanza dava sulla via che collega Mestre a Treviso (trafficatissima anche di notte) la notte è stata un pò rumorosa. Comunque è un'ottima soluzione per visitare Treviso, la zona del Piave e delle ville venete.

Hola, Es un hotel bonito y aun precio razonable, con un excelente desayuno. Las habitaciones son limpias, bonitas y con un buen baño. Es una buena idea para visitar Venecia si vas en coche. Está a unos 15 kilómetros, entonces o bien puedes ir en coche a Mestre y coger el tren o el bus a Venecia, o entrar en Venecia y dejarlo en unn parking. Yo lo recomendaría como una muy buena opción.

The first room got was at the road side and very noisy. changing to the inner side the room was quite and nice. The hotel is not exactly 4 stars, but for the price it is more than satisfectory

The rooms in the villa were lovely, and there was a large garden area outside. The breakfast was very good. Although a fair distance from Venice, there was a bus stop right outside the villa, and the bus took about half an hour to get to Venice. Only problem was that the last bus back was about 8.30 pm. Good base to explore the area - we had an easy day into the Dolomites.
