Hotel is in an awkward location for trips to Venice or Treviso. Too far from Treviso train station and Treviso centre so had to rely on infrequent public transport.

Very quiet and beautiful location w/good swimmingpool for relaxing after sightseeing. Good for holiday connected w/visit of Grappa region and Venice (by train from Treviso or Mogliano)

The location is a little hard to find and not as detailed as it needs to be.The place is beautiful, rooms good and restaurant was excellent. Very close to Treviso airport for anyone flying on Ryanair.

A little hard to find as we didn't know which bus stop to get off at. Very handy for the airport which is about 2 mins away, Venice is about 30 mins by bus in other direction. The town of Treverse is nice and contains some good shops and restaraunts. Well recommended!

The place, its location and the sourroundings are defenitely extraordinary. The efforts of the staff were a little disappointing - compared to the category. All in all a recommendable hotel if you are able to reduce your expectations concerning the personal treatment.

A very nice hotel, new wing, great pool and gardens, and very nice front desk people. The restaurant on site was excellent for dinners, and the breakfast was bountiful. One small suggestion for the management company.... one night an alarm went off throughout the entire hotel.. I awoke, thought it was a fire alarm, gathered some belongings, and walked downstairs into the lobby. The only person around was the night desk man, and he was running around trying to find the source of the alarm. He did tell me that it was not a fire alarm, but rather, one of the bathroom shower emergency cords had been pulled, and he had no way of knowing what room had pulled it. The alarms continued, off and on, for another 30 minutes. I returned to my room, but every time the alarm started ringing again, I wondered exactly how efficient this kind of alarm was, and if he ever found the source/ someone in trouble. I did not know what train station to stop at for a ride to the hotel, so perhaps a mention to get off at the Treviso station is best.

The hotel seems to have been refurbished very recently to a very high standard - we felt like the first guests. Rooms, facilities, food and service were all excellent. We took a scheduled bus (every 30 minutes, about 40 minutes journey) from near the hotel entrance into Venice for the day - a magical experience, especially with a dip in the hotel pool at the end of the day.

Very nice hotel at 1/2h drive from venezia. Room decoration is very classical with modern materials. Note that sauna and turkish bath is not included in the price (8€/personn).

Hotel bar was not really maned but we will grant them as it was sunday, we will stay there again. Rooms were fabulous, bit of a dissapointment with the pool as they were emptying it for maintenance work but have a great health club!!!! The restraunt was not the same company as the hotel and the service was very slow so it doesnt give a good impression to the hotel.

We only stayed 1 night but the hotel was very comfortable. The rooms we had were described as "superior" and lived up to this. They were well equipped/furnished, quite new, very clean, excellent bathrooms etc. The pool facility was good, although the sauna and steam rooms were not working when we were there. There is also an additional charge for use of the leisure area - €8 per person. The town of Treviso is within easy reach by bus, with stops right outside the hotel and buses every 20 mins. There is also a good pizzeria/gelateria just a short walk along the road (towards Treviso). The only snag was the walk from the carpark to the hotel entrance and the gravel path - no good for wheeled cases! Also no porters to help with luggage.

A hotel that is trying to be 'top quality' and failing on its standard of service provided by its staff. We stayed in cheaper 3* hotels where the staff left those at this hotel well behind. To be dug out of bed at 4 am in the morning by a panic alarm that is connected to the fire alarm. Then their Visa system did not work and the only back up was to be marched up the road to the nearest Bank ATM. Sorry won't stay here again!

In spite of being given little (if any) by way of directions we actually found the hotel quite quickly, seeing as it was on the main road A27 between Treviso and Venice. We missed the entrance to it (of course) on 2 occasions, but there was a petrol station next door to do a quick 'U' turn. When we arrived at around 4pm, the receptionist (who did speak some English) checked us in and showed us to our room. There was no porter, so he kindly carried my heavy bag for me. We asked him if we could eat in the restaurant that evening, but we were told that you had to have a reservation. It put me off a bit, since one of the criteria I had looked for when booking my hotels was a restaurant (just in case we were too tired to go out looking for somewhere to eat). However, we were not disappointed with the room which was tastefully done with a bright bathroom. To say we were just off the main road, the hotel area was very quiet. We had a quick walk round but didn't manage to find the swimming pool and jacuzzi, perhaps we should have asked reception. We had a junior suite in a separate annexe, which like I said was lovely, however the next morning after breakfast, I could hear someone in their room further down the corridor and realised that you would be quite aware of having next door occupied by other guests. For a suite in a new complex the sound proofing wasn't as good as I would have liked. The breakfast was of a cold buffet, the food was all freshly prepared, with a decent selection. In our case, we were particularly pleased to see that bottled water was available, as my partner is very keen on drinking plenty of the stuff (he's into Squash and Running!). On our trip to Italy we stayed in 3 hotels, all of which were 4*. This was a really nice, very clean, quiet, relaxing hotel, with a reasonably priced mini bar and restaurant. It was ideal particularly if you had hired a car (as we did) from the Airport which was a steady 10 minutes away. Conve

We had the misfortune of staying at this hotel during the Easter holiday. This meant that the restaurant was not open for dinner or supper and we had to take a taxi to go eat. The rooms are very large and new. The Pool was open and quite nice but cost 5 euro per child to use. Breakfast was fine. The value for money was not there when we added the cost of the taxis and pool. Otherwise it was a lovely hotel.

Room and restaurant excellent with the majority of staff very helpful. Pool was not available due to some maintenance problem which was a shame as we would probably not have booked the hotel if I had known this in advance. Good location for public transport links.

Pool wasn't working, prostitutes in the driveway, good room, good restaurant, off season repairs obviously going on. Helpful staff. Not exactly tranquil setting. Overall average for a 4 star hotel, outside the city...
