I DO NOT recommend this hotel - for several reasons. The staff was not nice and they did not act competent. There are a lot of extra expenses to be expected if you want wi-fi on the room and to use the pool. The pool is not a part of the hotel so you have to pay for one hour of usage (if exceeded there is an extra fee!). It must be a joke that this hotel has four stars, it is more like a hostel (and still I would rate it as a poor hostel). If you stay at this hotel be prepared that services which normally are included at other hotels cost extra here. This hotel only seems to be interested in taking as much money from you as possible during your stay.

Everything was as expected, nice hotel, good breakfast boquete, I was in the room with double bed which was pretty small except the bathroom which was OK, but the one thing I must comment is hotel room cleaning staff. They are worse than mosquitos. Every single day around 10 am they knock at the door of your room and try to enter to change towels, empty trash or something(I was on 5th floor). And when they see you are in the room, they leave, and try to come back in an hour or so. Then you must persuade them to enter the room to do their stuff so you can be left alone and hopping they won't be back tomorrow. But they come again the very next day.

The hotel is somewhat far from the center and from other touristic places. The room was reasonably clean, however the rest of the hotel was dirty: the corridor had dust everywhere. There were some students and the noise was significant: I complained with the hotel staff and the noise slightly diminished, but still high! I had diner at the restaurant and it was not bad, also prices reasonably low. The worst part was the fact that there was very few possibilities to reach the center through public transport for some works on the transport lines. I doubt I will come back. The positive aspect is the price: 25 euros for 1 night including breakfast (which was good).

I stayed in this hotel a few times, when I read that people make complains about the star rating, then they should understand that this is a ****STAR hotel according to the czech stanards. This hotel is a great place to stay, there are alot of facilities. The breakfast is ok nothing to complain about. On the reception they are very nice and helpfull. Alot of guests don't know how to travel from the airport to the hotel. Its very easy You take the AE bus which is the Airport Express to the main Station Hvlani Nadrazi, from there you take the underground 1 stop to Muzeum, there you change into the the green line and go to Station Flora, that is 3 stops. And from Flora you take bus 136 to Sklonena thats the stop for Hotel Step, you will see the hotel on the left side. I will return to this hotel, thats for sure. Busticket from the airport to Hvlani Nadrazi is 60 kronen and a dayticket for the metro is 110 kronen. I wish everyone a nice stay. Make sure you visit the Bar and Pool

Very nice Hotel, not far from the subway station (it takes about 15/20 minutes walking). The rooms are quite small, I asked for a 3 bed room and the third bed provided was not so comfortable. My rooms was quite close to the railway so it was noisy. When you leave the hotel to go to the subway you have the perception to be in the middle of nowhere, but it's just a matter to be patient, in 5 minutes you are in a common street. In the neighborhood of the hotel you can find some nice place where to eat real Czech food and very good beer at a very low price. I recommend it if you want to enjoy Prague as a tourist, definitively.

You get what you pay for. It's a cheap room that's clean and nice. It is noisy and the staff are a little inept, but like I said you get what you pay for.

The hotel is located away from the main centre of the city. This wasn't an issue as it's approx a 10min walk to the metro (which are easy to use). From there is a 10-15min journey into the city centre. The hotel surroundings include a motorway and railway lines - both of which can be noisy. There is a small district with a few bars frequented by locals (who are friendly). The hotel rooms (or at least the one I was in) doesn't have air conditioning - so you have to balance the noise of the surroundings with the heat. I visited in may and temps were approx 14-15 C at night so would have preferred the window open. This wasn't always possible due to the noise. The hotel offers no complimentary tea/coffee facilities or anything else in the room. I got the room at a low price and was happy enough given it was basically for sleeping. The young lady on reception on arrival was very helpful and friendly. However, the two male receptionists were both less approachable. The lady on reception when I checked out was efficient (but could try smiling). I had a night cap in the bar on one night - the barman clearly didn't want to be there and objected to the presence of any customers (a very surly young man who could barely manage a grunt). The bar itself is dearer than the local bars - but still significantly cheaper than the city centre. Overall this hotel is OK if you are just looking for a cheap bed and don't mind the short trip into the heart of Prague each day. Prague itself is awesome. A fantastic and beautiful city - although the gangs of men from across Europe who are on the prowl for the seedy night life can be a little irritating.

I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends anytime, any day. Loved everything except the size of the room but, it was just a minor on the down side.Prague is a lovely place to visit and anyone wanting to go there should definately stay at this hotel. It's only 10 mins drive to the main town centre and going by public transport is also quite easy from the hotel i.e either by train or bus.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is very helpful and kind. The only downside is that the rooms are too small. Although the hotel is quite far from the city center you can easily reach all places of interest using the public transportation. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to enjoy this beautiful city on a tight budget.

In my opinion, quite a nice hotel in Prague, fistly I do not think it's a 4 stars hotel, but after compared with some other hotels in the city, I found out it's worth, in Prague. Room is clean and nice and comfortable. But there are some little prb: 1. Internet is not free in the room, 100 cz but it's slowly. I think it's not the prob of the hotel, but of the public facility. 2. It should be better with a cook machine, without it, the food we can have in the hotel is very limited. 3. A little far from the city centre, no supermarket nearby, shopping is not easy. Generally, it's a quite nice hotel, comfortable and not expensive, is very good for students especially for young couple.

Wi-fi is not included in the price for room. It is available for an extra fee 100 CZK (4€) a day. Plenty of space for parking, however onlfy part of it is guarded. It was an excellent choice for the last-minute-price we paid.

It was very nice stay in this hotel, we have had it for special price, but I think that with the normal full price it isn't so very good, the normal price is high because of location. I recommend this hotel for the single couple, groups. PRAG is wonderfull!

The location and the breakfast were fine given the price. BUT we booked a double room and received a twin bed room. Not really good for a young couple. FAR WORSE, the heading system did not work from the very first night throughout our stay. The Hotel staff promised repeatedly to have it repaired by the second night by the third night and probably the fourth night (if we had made another futile attempt to ask for that). Anyway, this was not too bad given our tiny budget for a trip to Prague.

Two days stay impression" + price(25EUR/day per double room , reservation made 3 days in advance) + parking + clean + quiet (it is located next to a big train station as it can be seen on the map but it was not disturbing at all) + wirless internet - surroundings - the way to city center with public transportation. I preffered the car. Outdoor parking price in city center is about 1.5EUR per hour and free after 18:00. I didn't use private parkings.
