Great value for the money!!! Hotel located in quiet area near the city centre - ram stop directly at the hotel, metro station - 3/4 mins walking. Friendly staff, free internet at the reception, good services. I can recommend this hotel.

I had 4 days to spare in Europe so I decided to visit Prague for the first time...Afte looking around for hotels on venere.com I went with quality hotel... I had a small problem with my online reservation at first and when I got to the hotel the reception wasn't as nice as I expected to the point I had in mind to exit out the door and just go to any other hotel but I was too tired to argue with the man who was annoyed with some of my informative questions and started murmuring in Czech...Anyhow I spent the night but made sure I reserved another hotel even more expensive than quality but where reception and customer service were much better (SIS HOTEL).. Moreover I had to drag my bag for 15 min to reach the hotel from the nearest subway station, although to b fair there IS a tram station right in front of the hotel, but who knew!
