It was my first time in Praque. Nice stay, hotel ok but quietness terrible especially during the night. I felt like I was slepping on the noisy street.

I did book the City partner Hotel Victoria at Praha, btu when i got there I was told they had changed another Hotel for me. At the beginning I was so upset about this and unwilling to do so, they said rooms are not avavliable to me, I was so upset, I did book the room and I have got the confirmation letter, but they didn't give me any notice this.I am not happy about this. the Hotel Gloria was their arrangment for me. this hotel was new, staffs are firendly and helpful. I just unhappy about the arrangment about this, the price includes breakfast, but we left early for catching the train, so it was impossible to wait their breakfast service time.but I didn't get refund for the breakfast.

They attempted to move me to another location claiming there was an error in the booking system. The hotel was on the opposite side of town, but would be relatively centrally located. After I insisted that I remain at the property, they did honor my requst. It should be noted that I checked in at 3pm and was not a late arrival.

Could not fault this hotel. Have stayed in Zizkov before because of the many excellent bars/restaurants but this was my first stay at this hotel. Short walk to tram stop for city centre (3 stops to Wenseslas square) and direct tram to bus stop(119) for airport. Meals at the hotel's bar excellent also. Will certainly be back

Newly refurbished hotel. Great bathrooms, with larger showers. Some of the rooms on a street with trams running into the early morning. Just East of the main downtown, but with quite a few local and affordable restaurants nearby. Really good stay!
