Das Hotel ist renoviert worden und ziemlich schön eingerichtet worden. Personal ist inkompetent. Check-in dauert mehr als 10 Minuten und Check-out ebenfalls noch 5 Minuten. Wenn wir ein Taxi zum HauptBF ordern wollten, hat die Rezeptionistin hoteleigene Shuttle-Service für 350 Kronen angboten. Taxi kostet mit "Turisten-Tarif" 100 Kronen. Wir mussten selbst ein Taxi rufen. Unser Zimmer war sehr kalt. Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Darauf hat die Rezeptionistin nur "OK" gesagt. Mehr nicht. Das Locatinon ist sehr gut. HBF max. 10 min. zufuss. Sonst alles ist in der Nähe.

everything was perfect only problem i had was about the use of health rooms, they didn't remember was free of charge as agreement, only after i printed paper from venere they gave it free. they try to take money also from internet use. tutto come foto e descrizione. hotel super, ma provano a prendere i soldi in tutti i modi, dicendo il benessere non era compreso o internet, ed invece sul sito era specificato il contrario. prendono una caparra sul minibar, non date la carta di credito, ma i cash. visaranno restituiti.

Room is rather small with the window to the closed yard ("well"), though the bathromm is pretty big. The price includes only room, any other facilities should be payed additionally and the prices are unjustifiedly high. Additional problem is parking place, the hotel is on the right side of 3-lines one-way street. The surroundings are just one quarter ahead. The rest is fine.

Modern spacious room which was immaculate. Central location, c10-15min walk to Old Town. Only downside is that the hotel is on the corner of busy crossroad. Traffic starts early, its the main road into the city. Bring earplugs!
