The hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was great - a wide selection with very helpful, attentive and courteous staff. It also was on until 11:00 which gave us the opportunity of a lie-in.

parking facilities in the hotel are rated 4 and there is only room for 3 cars provided they are not too big.

We had a very pleasant spacious room with two double windows but the hotel is on an intersection of two main roads and the traffic noise, especially from emergency vehicles, continued through the night, despite the windows being triple glazed. Convenient location for Wenceslas Square.

First time in Prague and spent a lot of time researching a hotel. We were extremely pleased with Seven Days Hotel. Somehow we ended up in a suite that was beautiful and spacious. The staff, especially the front desk, spoke v. good English and were v. helpful and courteous answering our questions. They set us up with a good tour and also got a taxi for us another day and we knew what the costs would be when we booked. Breakfast was more than we expected and very good. Even though the hotel is not on a very good block, it is very convenient to Wenceslas Square. I have already recommended the hotel to another couple and will use it again the next time I am in Prague. My only criticism is that I would have liked to have had information on the history of the building since it is on the UNESCO list.
Girly weekend away
United Kingdom, Nov 2008
It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Square but as Prague is so beautiful we didn't mind at all. The hotel is really easy to get to using public transport from the airport, which is super cheap. The breakfast was varied and of good quality. The room was huge and absolutely spotless. The hotel was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with Hotel Seven Days. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and reasonably sized. The lobby and breakfast room were nice and the free breakfast was fine. The location was good, and close to the Museum metro stop and Wenceslas Square. While it is not as central as other hotels, one could walk to anything in Prague from the hotel if you wanted to, and it was a quick 5 minute subway ride to the center of the old town. The only thing that might bother some people is that there was a Sex Video store across the street, but I would not consider the neighborhood a bad or sleazy one despite this. We would stay here again.

Breakfast service excellent. Very good and variated food in a nice display. Front desk service professional and precise. It is 2 blocks from Wenceslao Square and the State Opera House. We went to the opera every nigth, so it was the perfect spot for us. It was a very pleasant stay.

We were very fortunate and had our double room upgraded to a suit. Staff were very helpfull and friendly. the breakfast allowed for the exhausted late riser's and catered for all tastes. Location was 2 minutes Wenceslas Square and 20 minutes brisk walk from the old town. This hotel is fully recommended to mature or young couples visiting Prague.

I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed at the Seven Days hotel for a long weekend. It is ideally situated for visiting the city. Only 5 mins walk from Wens square (which is a big disappointment). We used tram, metro and taxi while we were there all close to hotel. Rooms are a nice size and very clean. Hotel arranged taxi to pick us up from hotel and he was waiting as promised although his driving is a bit scary. If we were to go back to Prague we would use the Seven days hotel again.

Seven days is a stunning hotel, we had a very enjoyable weekend. The only thing that let it down for us was the slowness and sour faces of the breakfast catering staff. All of the other staff were warm, friendly and efficient. Prague is a very interesting place best explored on foot, so pack good walking shoes.

The hotel was excellent, definitely worth staying at. It is only a short walk from the main square and there are plenty of places to eat round the hotel if you don't fancy venturing very far. We would and have recommended the hotel, the staff are friendly and breakfast is nice with plenty of choice. Definitely worth a stay

In a convenient location for sightseeing, the hotel staff were very helpful (except the occasion we were told how good a local jazz club was - when we went there we found it no longer existed!). The room was very spacious and furnished with towelling robes and slippers as well as the usual towels and toiletries. Breakfast was very good - a varied choice of breakfast foods from continental style to cooked, and plentiful enough to go out not needing a proper meal again until the evening! Would happily go there again.

Beautiful Hotel, newly renovated, clean and spacious rooms, even in the economy class. Excellent breakfast. 5 Minute walking distance to Wenzels Square. What annoyed us, was the fact, that inspite of information on internet (free parking facility) the ycharged 21 Euro/day for a minimum space in their basement, in fact the entrance to the "garage" was that narrow, that I damaged my car twice. So if you are coming by car, keep in mind, that you míght have to add something to your holiday budget. Staff was not really friendly, did their job in a rather unwelcoming manner.

This hotel is newly refurbished and our room was spacious and warm. We used the hotel restaurant twice as the food and service was excellent. The location is only about 5 mins from the train station (10 euro) and from Wenceslas Square. The walk to the river takes about 15 mins and to the Charles Bridge about 25 mins.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The transfer taxi (tho' a bit late) was for the price quoted at 24 euro for both of us from airport. Easy walking distance to all areas, superb clean room with decent size modern bathroom and great breakfast, much better than European standard lumps of bread, thimble of juice + coffee. Highly recommend this one.

Pleased with our stay. Bedroom was very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. We couldn't open the windows for fear it might upset the air-conditioning. Breakfast was always good, with wide and plentiful choice - not over-exciting but that was our impression of Czech cuisine generally. Hotel is on the corner of two busy streets, but is only a few mintes walk from the top of Wenceslas Square, and so only 15 minutes or so from the Old Town Square. Hotel is well placed for the metro (at Pavlova) and trams (along Jecna). Reception staff were helpful with good English.

The Seven Days is a great hotel, just of Weceslas Square. We opted for the airport pickup (fixed price of about EUR22) and were met promptly by a friendly, English-speaking driver who gave us lots of useful info during the drive, recommended local nightspots, etc. That was a great start to the trip, whcih only got better when we saw our room -- by far the largest I've ever stayed in. (We were told later that it was the best room in the hotel). Didn't use the sauna/steam room, but it looked nice. The staff were very friendly throughout. My only negatives would be the breakfast (lots of choice but not very western -- lots of cold cuts etc) although this might appeal to some people. Also, although the location is within easy walking distance of everywhere, it's not at picturesque as staying near the old square (Stare Mesto). I would definitely stay there agin though!

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Seven Days, just a few blocks from Wenceslas Square. The hotel room was wonderful, the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. The Internet TV was too slow. And the site didnt mention that use of the sauna & jacuzzi facilities was not free (and quite pricey). The equipment of the fitness center was also very limited. The staff was generally welcoming. And they accommodated my numerous requests in billing changes.

I had to been recommended to stay at this hotel by friends who had a fantastic time, however this was not my experience. The general standard of the hotel was good, though it lacked any of the old world character as shown on the web site. The room itself was fairly small offering basic facilities as found in any travel lodge. Considering the price paid and four stars accredited to the hotel I was disappointed with my stay. In particular I found the use of two single duvets on a double bed very strange, particularly when on a romantic break! I feel that the luck is in the draw as regards which room you are allocated. If you want to stay in the hotel shown on the website make sure you reserve a room on the upper floor.

This is an excellent hotel with excellent facilities. A hotel with real character. It is close to all the places of interest in central prague. Everything is within reasonable walking distance. I just can recommend this hotel for Prag tourist. It's only 5 minutes away from the Wenzels-place in the center of Prag. I paid 68 € for a double-room after Christmas 2004. The only disadvantage: The price is quite good, but there are no extra services included. So you have to buy for using the Wellness section and especially for a parking space for your car. I paid about 10€/ a day for a parking place in front of the hotel, a place in the garage costs over 20 €! Very good breaktfast, clean rooms, friendly stuff! Thank's a lot!
