Our 4 nights stay was wery good. We have stayed at the same hotel earlier and that was on of tree reasons to thoose this hotel again. The others was the price vs quality and the location. No problem to walk to the old town or the nice castel. The surrondings was nise and quite with several good and different reataurants and bars.

Note dolenti: le stanze in cui abbiamo alloggiato sono su una strada abbastanza trafficata, rumorosa fin dall'alba. Inoltre la presenza di panche sotto le finestre ha consentito a uin gruppo di giovani italiani rumorosi di disturbare tutta la notte. Il presso concordato con Venere si è rivelato diverso: la somma stabilita in euro è stata convertita in corone e poi di nuovo in euro, con un cambio per noi svantaggioso. La colazione era abbondante ma non particolarmente gradevole (ad es. finto succo d'arancia diluito con acqua del rubinetto) e la ragazza addetta alla colazione molto indisponente. Gentili invece alla reception: pur non sapendo una parola d'italiano sono stati molto disponibili. Comodissimo il parcheggio interno a pagamento.

The airco did not work in our room, the remote control was no where to find. The hotel employee did not find any other solution, maybe discount or another room, no way. Dat was not kind of the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was not good, everything was already gone, cheese, bread and meat. It was not there anymore at 9.30am. That was not kind!!!

We are a couple from Milan,visited Praga recently. We stayed in this hotel for three days and not so happy with their services.The people at the counter were not Kind.The room was silent, but we didnt get the room what they said when booked.We booked a double bed but were given just two beds put together which was very uncomfortable. Only one pillow per person and we had to ask for many times to get another, on the day after around hr.23.00.we asked again from the counter and was given two pillows over the counter to be taken in the room.Barthroom was ok, but didnt change Towels and that also given only ONE per person. Not even the small towel.We asked to change at least once and was changed only once for the three days. Then we had a dinner at their resturent, Got the food we orderd, but found the salad leaves full of sand we called the waiter and claimed. Said , "Sorry". But thats not the way to treat a person who has come to visit their country and to stay at their hotel. We paid good money to hotel!!I have gone to other countries and have booked from Venere, but never found a hotel in this condition. How can they say its a four star hotel???

The hotel was in a very nice area, close to the metro station and trams. The people in the reception were very helpful and pleasant. The room was very spacious and quiet, however when I first arrived it seemed that it had not been cleaned for some time, there was some dust on the furniture. Breakfast was very simple, but nice. Excellent choice for someone who isn't going to spend much time in the hotel and doesn't want to pay a fortune in a hotel.

This Hotel provided excellent value for money. The hotel has a restaurant which provides excellent quality meals at a reasonable price. The Hotel is located only one train stop from the middle of Prague so is very conveniently located. If you are driving make sure you don't park outside on the street. We had our car towed away overnight for parking in a residential only parking spot, even though we asked the hotel if it was OK to park on the street. The offstreet parking provided by the hotel was as expensive as a room and breakfast! The breakfast provided was basic and the free internet offered was unavailable for the 2 nights we stayed with no real effort to have this service back on line. Overall our stay was disappointing.

We've been in Hotel Abri for three days in late november. I liked the hotel - it was clean and neat, the stuff were very helpful with information. At the portier you can buy city transportation tickets and even stamps. The Hotel is situated in the quiet neighbourhood, 10 minutes of walk from the Namesti Miru metro station. The breakfast was simple and good. Free wi-fi was a great advantage. A good place to recommend and to come back to.

My opinion that is always the same story when pics on the site differ from what you find in fact. So the room couldn't be so nice as you may expect. But have only one claim it was rather cold in our room. Breakfast is rather poor but sufficiant. Room was cleaned up everyday! Inet is free of charge. Staff is freindly. Good location! The district is very agreeable & it was so easy to reach the center on foot.

Long waiting time in the hotel's restaurant. 2 hours waiting, rude staff. Go and eat somewhere else.

Very welcoming, homely atmosphere, coupled with a sense of luxury. Spacious, airy rooms with good facilities. Excellent location and good breakfast! would definitely return.

Everything perfect, if I have the chance to visit Prague again I would definately choose this hotel and also recommend it to others. Public transport is so efficient and easy to use.

We were completely satisfied by this hotel. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, and spoke excellent English. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of accommodation was far better than you would expect at this price. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, just a couple of minutes walk from the tram line, and it is only about 6 or 7 stops (around 10 minutes) from the National Theatre, on the banks of the Vltava river. Both the no. 22 and 23 trams continue through and round to the castle, across the river and up the hill. Alternatively you can take just one tram stop (or about a 7 minute walk) to Miru metro station, and this takes you in little over 5 minutes right to the heart of tourist Prague. If you are prepared to explore the environs of the hotel, there are 2 or 3 very nice, reasonably priced restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. And there is a Chinese tea internet 'cafe' 50 metres up the street from the hotel. On arrival we would recommend that you buy a travel ticket at the airport (ask at the information desk) for however many days you will be staying, as this covers your trip from the airport to the hotel, which is very easy on the integrated transport system. Get bus no. 119 to Dejvicka Station (the bus terminates here), then take the green line to Namesti Miru. From there it is just one stop on trams 22 or 23, going up the line with the big church on the left. Then it is circa 250 metres to the hotel, down a side street off to the right (Jana Masaryka). A ticket covering unlimited travel on all three modes of transport throughout the city for 5 days costs about the same as a minibus transfer from the airport to the hotel! You must visit the Zizkov TV Tower (about a 1.5km walk from the hotel). You can go 160m up the tower to the viewing level, or book a meal, either daytime or evening, in the restaurant 100m up. The views are fantastic, and you'll be shocked to find babies crawling all over the tower!

My boyfriend and I have been at the Hotel for New Years eve and the experience was quite nice. Respect the precies I saw arround when looking for accomodation I would say this was an excellent price/quality choice. Nice room, good bathroom and the people in general was very nice! The only thing is that the glasses we used during our stay were neve changed, but in general, very good choice! One tip: get early to the breakfast.

Hotel très bien situé, à l'extérieur du centre ville hyper touristique mais dans un quartier sympathique et à 20 min à pied du centre. L'acceuil est très cordial. Le petit dej est correct si on vient déjeuner vers 9h. Ensuite, il commence à manquer plein de choses. Les chambres sont correctes et nettoyées tous les jours convenablement.La rue est tranquille, si vous avez une chambre qui donne sur la cour interieur c'est encore plus tranquille. Très bon qualité/prix.

Excellent value for the money! Don't expect anything flashy, just solid value in terms of B&B. The hotel is well built/finished inside out, in an upscale neighborhood (although with some odd streets nearby). 5 mins walk to underground, ~25 mins walk to downtown. Would consider it again for sure!

the hotel is clean and good located near public transport. The hotel was quite a suprise and we felt like at home. The street is very quiet, you cannot hear any trafic noise, so we could sleep like in heaven. Breakfast was also good, reception friendly and helpful. They arranged a sightseeing for us. We highly recommend it.
