Hotel was quite noisy with band downstairs each night. Staff was more interested in selling services which they benefited from rather than serving guests. Furnihsings in room were just old and didn't function correctly, not really antiques. Location is excellent

We had a fantastic time. It was our honeymoon and we had room 11 overlookingthe square. It was everything we could have wanted. Superb!

The room was lovely, we stayed in a junior suite which very spacious, especially having the bed up on the top floor, it was very clean and also the bed was so comfy. The only downside was having to pay whilst downstairs in the restaurant to go to the toilet, paying the money we did for the room and then having to pay to go to the toilet. Apart from that we would definitly go back again.

My reason for answering the four questions above with a zero is because on arrival we were given the presidential apartment (I suspect because our originally reserved room was not available). So it's not possible for me to adequately comment on those four questions. Non-stop music videos run in the dining room. I found this to be objectionable.
