Nice clean hotel, with a perfect location in a pedestrian area. But some things could be a lot better: the view from room 110 was appalling (on a tiny backyard with no view of the sun at all). And we had no proper furniture to store our clothes in! Only one bedside table, which made things not very comfortable. Thanks to double glazing, we could not hear the noises from outside, but we did hear a lot of noise from the other rooms. We think this was not in accordance with a four star hotel! This is really a shame, because we loved the perfect location.

Noisy room, the dust was not well clean for all 3 nights we stayed, they kept laundry and cleaning things just outside the room door, the breakfast is not as good as the photos, infiltration marks on the room walls, cold in some breakfast seeting areas... Well, things you don't expect for a 4 stars hotel. Excellent location, but we won't come back.

The location is exellent, near the major turistic attractions. The hotel is situated in a quiet area and we had a spendid view from our window. The breakfast was very rich, like was described by pictures. I really enjoyed our holiday and I recommend this hotel to everyone!

We stayed in Prague for 4 days and we were very pleased both by the city and the hotel. We will come back to Prague and we would easily stay at the same hotel. It is really the best adress in the city. Everything is within easy reach.

We booked a triple and they asked for an extra 60e a day to have 3 single beds instead of a double and single. we obviously took the cheaper option. although hotel is bang in the centre, there are at least 15 others in the same square. restaurant is expensive, even with the 28% discount offered to guests. breakfast was plentiful although not varied. and payment was taken on arrival - we planned to use up the 'extra' local currency to pay up at the end of our stay but they didn't only take an imprint of the credit card, they wanted full payment on arrival. room was just about enough for 3 people (it slept 4, but would have been minute for 4 people to 'live') but bathroom was large. there was a separate shower with no curtain/door so obviously one made a mess of the room. water pressure was a bit weak.

Situation of the hotel was perfect. It was nearby tourist places as Charles Brigde, Old Town Square, Hradcany, Mala Strana etc. Also metro- and tramstops were nearby.

We went to Prague as a special birthday treat for our Dad, who was 70 yrs. Our stay at Hotel Prague Inn was better than expected. Although in the heart of Wencelas square, it was very quiet. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a well stocked mini bar if the mood suited. We had 4 double rooms and the only thing that needed attention was blown light bulbs and a couple of other minor things. Overall we were very happy and would stay there again. The staff were as helpful as possible, giving it was December and the hotel was very busy.

The hotel is small and the reception not very cosy. Italian breakfast really poor. we left the car in a private garage they suggested us (Hotel Boscolo) for 8 hours more or less and they charged our credit card for 24 hour rate. I think it has not been serious. The room was clean enough. I would recommend this hotel for the location, but do not expect too much from the breakfast.

Ottima posizione. Peccato la colazione: non particolarmente ricca, in una sala sotterranea poco illuminata, e senza servizio al tavolo: praticamente bisognava procurarsi tazze, posate e tutto da soli. Da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta più comfort.

I recomend you take a walk from the hotel to the Old city hall, clock, Charles Bridge and in general look at the architecture of the city buildings.

Bad experience. Caricature of hotel for tourists : bad ratio quality / price, breakfast largely under 4 stars standards, low staff service. 25% reduction at the restaurant for hotels guests offered in the room becomes 15% on the advertisement displayed in the lift, and 0% in reality. Excellent centralized location, but I won't come back.

Myself and my wife checked in as part of our honeymoon. We found the reception staff to be very good and informative. They also let us check out the room before we committed to taking it as we had had bad experiences with other hotels on Venere. This hotel was fantastic. It does not look like much from the street but the cellar bars/restaurant levels are worth photographing. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the hotel advertises that all guests get 28% discount in the restaurant. However make sure you tell the restaurant staff this at least once as we felt that they did not like to honor this! Also the breakfast that is included was not great. It was very average and may not be to everyones taste. The bedroom was great, modern and clean and well worth the money. It was serviced each morning by the maid and left immaculate. Overall we would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we went back to Prague.

The hotel has a problem with heating and a/c. Though the heat was supposedly off, hot air continued to flow. Several times the a/c quit, with various explanations. Also, the hotel needs to explain on its website that you cannot drive to it. It is accessible only to vehicles with permits. It should explain where its garage is located (not next to the hotel) so one can drive to it. Driving around Prague is nearly impossible for strangers, especially those who don't speak the language.

We stayed at the Prague Inn for 3 nights, and had a very pleasant stay. I think this hotel is in the best possible location in Prague - right in the center, overlooking the Wenceslas Square, next to the metro, walking distance to the sights, etc., and with double windows the room was still very quiet at night. The room was quite modern, clean, reasonably spacious, and there was coffee-making facilities. The staff is friendly, the buffet breakfast is good, and is served in the very charming old cellar. One thing surprised us: There were no shower curtains. Venere quoted the hotel rate in Euros, but we paid in CZK, which I didn't like. I think the Prague Inn is very good value for money, and we would definitely stay there again.
