Very good hotels, unfortunately elevator is not present, and you really feel it missing if you have more luggages or stroller. Due to this, i would recommend it for couples without childs.

Great hotel only downside was the amazing central location did mean it was loud - though that is hardly their fault; I shall stay here again if I visit Prague.

This hotel is perfect for young travellers who are out to explore and party....The hotel is surrounded by streets and a daily tourist market with deliveries on three sides. The price made up for the noisy surrounds.

Very good location at the best price available. Breakfast is not so complete, there is no lift and light enter the room through curtains, but this was not relevant in the overall satisfaction. It was the a very positive choice! In the neaby (300 metres) two different locations, Cafè Cafè for breakfast and aperitif (every day) and KU in the opposite side for late night drinks (wednesday and friday for sure) are worth visiting.

The hotel is easily reachable through pubblic transport systems. The Mustek Metro is very close to the hotel and in just 2 minutes walking you are in the Astronomical Clock square. The continental breakfast is ok but nothing special. We are altogheter satisfied. Be aware that there is NO AIR CONDITIONED in the room but only a classical air fan. As we were in the higher floor room during night it was extremely hot. the person at the reception are very friendly.

There is no better location in Prague, just in between old town square and vaceslav square. EVERYTHING is within walking distance, no need for public transportation at all. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean, and breakfast was decent. The staff and service is not great but ok. Some annoyances: the hotel is located just above a market place, which might be noisy for people in the front rooms. We had a back room and it was quiet enough. There is no elevator, and it's hard to drag the suitcase up the steep stairs. Also, there is no locked room for your luggage if you depart in an evening flight, and luggage is kept downstairs, just a few paces from the street. And no lobby. But all in all, a good hotel. I would return.

well-located btwn old and new town. but that also means that it is super loud. people are out and about until 4am, and you can easily hear them from the hotel. the hotel is fairly clean. some staff were helpful; others were somewhat rude. extra cot was a deathtrap. will likely try a different place next time.

The hotel is very well located, near the city center (2 minutes of walk from the most important square). We were afraid about the market in the street, but it was very quite all the day. Friends on holiday 32, from Ireland Prague Golden Eagle is a very nice hotel smack in the centre of Prague. 5 minute walk to the old town square and all of the city centre. There is a nice street market just outside with interesting items. All main department stores are very close as well. Plenty of pubs and places to eat nearby. Only draw back is the amount of noise on the streets at night. Front corner extermly loud all night. Even at 2 and 3 in the morning. I was able to sleep through it but some in the party found it difficult to sleep. Rooms are huge, plenty of space and the interiors where decorated tastfully with traditional doors and furniture. Looks newly remodelled. Breakfast is a standard continental, cereal toast etc. All in all I would stay hear again for the location. Nice small hotel

Nice large room in a great location. Breakfast was ample. The only problem is it is EXTREMELY loud in the area around this hotel. We never slept more than an hour at a time. The market outside the window begins setting up at 3 am, people roam the streets all night, yelling and partying. We absolutely loved Prague and will return, but we will probably find a quieter place to stay. It's no fault of the hotel, we loved it. If there was just a way to cut out some of the noise.

Breakfast was authentic European food...very good. The caption said we were booking a double room, but there was only one bed for me and my co-worker to shear. The hotel did contact us prior to our visit, and we decided to keep our reservation. There were a few cob-webs, and a little mold in the shower, but all in all...it was clean. We stayed on the fourth floor and had to carry our luggage to the top of the steep windy stare-case, but we were prepared for this due to a different customer's comments on this site, and we didn't mind the exercise.

Amazing central hotel. Hard to find entrance, just an inconspicuous door. Front desk staff were polite but not so helpful, and slightly antisocial. Rooms were enormous for European standards with beautiful oak furniture, large bathrooms. Ironically they put a tiny shower in the huge bathroom. Breakfast was par for a European hotel, not so special. Would definately go back.

Beautiul historical building in the heart of the old town. Large, confortable, stilish and clean rooms, somehow romantic. Historical feeling. Good continental breakfast. Internet available in room (pay service). Courtesy coffee and tea in room. Large bathroom with large shower, hairdrier. In the centre. Close to subway. To me (experienced traveller, with previous Prague experience) it was the ideal place and location. Things you need to know: very small lobby, no elevator (up to 3 floors), no aircond, could be noisy if you keep windows open, since the street is part of the Prague walking tour. Absolutely recommended.
