The hotel was nice enough but the staff had limited english skills. We also needed a wake up call to catch an early flight out and the staff completely forgot. We were lucky that we woke up close to the needed time.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
