Hotel Mucha - Prague

The room we are reserved was very particular (room 14) with its own style and very large... I don't know if other rooms are like this. Staff is very kind and speak a good italian lo staff almeno alla recption parla italiano

Room: I felt almost choked in the slender room which was not air conditioned,with only fan under the ceiling. Noise came into the room from window on the street side,when I opened it. location:It is conveniently located; only 3 minutes walk from the metro station and there is a super market near by the station. location on the map: might as well show the direction from the station. photo: brighter than real.

This is a nice old hotel with charm.Called in advance about having internet because I need to do work. Was told they have great net through out the building. NOT! I have encountered this same scenario a few times at other hotels in Prague. The restaurant was out of commission for technical reasons. Other than that it has some old style charm.

We liked the hotel quite a lot, the rooms were spacious, with this old-elegance stlye, clean, cosy and all this for a really reasonnable price (we payed about 60 Euro). We've been there in middle of January, for 2 nights. The breakfast too was very good, the room had no windows, but the breakfast area was in one of those tipical cellars (sure: renewed), like you find a lot in Prague. We're living in Zurich, Switzerland, so we appreciate price/quality, and to this Hotel Ave Mucha we would come back as soon as Praha is calling us again, an amazing city!

First time in Prague-hotel very well located nr easy to use public transport. Hotel reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room itself was generally clean-but some thought to cleaning under furniture and above heads wouldn't go amiss. Only areas for improvement would be with breakfast-food ran out by 9.00am one day, with many people still coming in hoping for something. Member of staff working on breakfast was unhelpful, with poor customer care/service skills. Also restaurant closed, no notice given causing problems if you intended to eat here-although many places to eat close by.

Hotel très agréable décoré dans l'esprit de Mucha, Accueil chaleureux, personnel serviable et compétent. A seulement quelques pas du métro station Florenc et du tramway.En quelques minutes on est dans la vielle ville. Liaison facile avec l'aeroport (terminus metro ligne B puis bus 100).Relation Qualité / prix parfaite !

Locaton of this hotel is very good. Very closed to Floenc station (metro/tram). Hotel people are very kind and friendly.

The hotel is an easy walk to the centre of the old town. There is also a tram and metro very close by. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again myself.

Prezzi convenienti a parità di servizi e posizione con qualsiasi altro albergo. L'albergo è molto carino, con un'atmosfera romantica, e si incontano soprattutto coppie. Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo stati per cinque giorno la settimana antecedente a pasqua e ci siamo trovati molto bene, la camera era pulita e accogliente, luminosa e calda, il bagno ampio. Di notte la strada è silenziosa e la mattina c'è un'ottima colazione che contempla dolce e salato, unica pecca il caffè, ma a Praga fa schifo dovunque. Personale gentile e discreto, orari liberissimi, posizione davvero a due minuti dal centro, noi abbiam girato solo a piedi. Comunque la metropolitana è a 50 metri. Si fuma nella hall, ma a praga bsi fuma dovunque... Il cambio in albergo conviene. Ve lo consiglio vivamente, e vi consiglio Praga (meglio ancora con un po' di freddo e non d'estate, l'atmosfera cambia, ma portatevi abiti molto pesanti, noi abbiam trovato ventissimo e addirittura neve ad aprile, però la città scalda il cuore), soprattutto se siete innamorati (e in tal caso lasciate stare la città nuova), perchè per me è stata un vero sogno.

Although a little out of the centre the hotel is next to tram and metro stop, taking only 5 mins to Old Town. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Reccommended for leisure and business.

Room is spacious, breakfast is excellent. Transportation is very good, few steps to Metro, tram station and very close to the autobus station. However, the location itself is in old town which required special attention after dark.

A lovely hotel for the money. Very nice, well kept rooms in an old world style with modern convenience. My only complaint was that the beds were a bit harder than I personally care for.

I can not rate this hotel because the hotel overbooked their rooms and had to accomodate us in a different hotel. They gave us a nice calendar to compensate their mistake and paid for the taxi to take us there.

Since returning to UK I have recommended this hotel to a number of my work collegues who I know to be planning a visit to Praha.
