Ideal stay for a short trip to explore the city.

This was our first time to Prague. This Hotel was very close to railway station 5 minutes on foot and Prague beautiful old city centre. The staff on the desk was not very helpful when asking for good places to eat and tours. They pointed us to a rack of brochures but were not very welcoming to show us what was in the brochures and type of tours of this beautiful city. We approached the tourist information ofices to get help with tours and places and things like maps to get to know Prague. It has a Gym and saunar that was not included in the room price of a double room and cost extra to use.

The room was fantastic very big, enough for my husband, two kids, 9 and 13 and me. The breakfast was the best.. with every thing imagine.. fruits, breads, cheese, jam, salmon, eggs coffee, tea, hot chocolate huge buffet. The hotel is 5 blocks way from the main plaza, the old town, for old people may be too much, but for us was fine. The clean ladies were excellent in general the hotel is a 10.. the only thing is that is not in the plaza and for the casttle you have to walk a lot or maybe you can rent a three wheels bicycle at good price and they will take you every where.

The hotel is very conveniently located in a quiet location and only a short walk to the tourist attractions. The train station is a very short walk away. For price and location, it is excellent. We would stay there again.

Nice and clean hotel with a very good location. The wellness area is not big but has good equipment for a cardio workout and a nice steam bath/sauna.

The room maid (housekeeping) entered our room without knocking on the door while we did our nap. Every day the bed were made but not cleaned the floor or put back the clean glasses. We used some glasses and the dirty ones were still on the exact spot as we put them. Furthermore our stay was good.

Nice hotel, convenient location - near the main train station, or an easy 5 min walk from the Muzeum metro stop. Opera fans will find its proximity to the Prague State Opera a plus. The room is quite nicely decorated and comfortable. Good breakfast with abundant choices. I got a prepaid long-stay deal that worked out to be about €71 per night (double room, with breakfast) - good value! The streets around the hotel are not super elegant, but seem safe enough even at night.

We had a corner room, very spacious even by North American standards. Breakfast buffet has plenty of selections. Location good, close to the Wenceslav square. One complaint regarding room cleaning: mini bar did not get refilled, kleenex tissues did not get refilled, and one of the days the chambermaid left a cleaning rag on the floor in the middle of our room. Front desk very helpful in arranging sightseeing tours and concert tickets.

We liked the style of the hotel when searching on the web and were pleased to discover facilities that fully reflected the descriptions found. Hotel is very convenient, 5-10 min walk from the shopping main street and another 5-10 min walk and you are right in the beautiful old town. We enjoyed a wonderful weekend in a very nice location. The hotel staff is friendly and always ready to help and give some good advises to go around. Quite disappointed by the breakfast buffet. If you come late in the morning, several items are missing and were not refilled (i.e. orange juice.. and not really a juice but some kind of water with concentre, not really tasty).

We really enjoyed the room and its location. It was close enough to old city and all prague has to offer. It was a short walk to tram and the metro. We did not use the restaurant/breakfast room. We used the internet frequently and used the front office to book us some guided tours. there were a couple of restaurants close by that we visited, but the walk to old city late at night we did not feel comfortable (it was dark and few people).

Staff was very welcoming. We arrived on an early train, and they made an effort to have our room ready early. Breakfast was very good, with a good variety of choices. Very convenient for the railway station, and an easy walk to the Old Town. Would definitely stay again.

Great situation. Only 100 m of Wenceslaw square and only 10 minutes walk to Old Town but in a quiet surronding area, with a nice park in front of hotel.

The situation of the hotel is good, because the city center is pretty close. For people who want to go to the opera, it is just in front of it, so excellent! Otherwise, most of the restaurants and bars can be reach by foot.
