Really nice and quiet hotel in the center. We booked Comfort Room and it really was very comfortable! There was a tub and a bidet in the bathroom and wonderful view of the city. Breakfast was OK. We went to the hotel restaurant one evening and had a splendid dinner. They make excellent cocktails at the bar.

Perfect location, friendly staff and excellent service. Our room (we booked an Exclusive Room) was very nice and comfortable and much bigger than we expected. Also, the stuff in the minibar was really cheap.

WARNING: According to your description and the one at the hotel site, confort rooms "...boast a view over Haštal Square". I reserved two confort rooms but one of them, nevertheless, was in the 6th floor (loft) with a view to the back of the hotel over the roofs of other buildings and with no lift. I have been obliged to carry our luggage from 5th to 6th floor. An d I paid exactly the same as my friends in the second floor looking at Hastal Square. I complain and receptionist said it was a confort room.

We are 4 friends who have a city break each year, this rated amongst the best. The hotel was excellent, the staff were friendly and welcoming especially Eva. The breakfast was good, fresh fruit would have been nice. The rooms were spotless, quiet and beds comfortable. We ate a couple of times at the adjoining restaurant and had very good quality meals and exquisite cocktails created by Michelle. All in all a lovely holiday. The location was excellent we could reach all places of interest very easily

The hotel is in a great location, convenient for many of the sights but in a quiet street. Staff were very professional but friendly. Food and drinks in the restaurant reasonably priced. Good choice at breakfast. We took my mother for her 80th birthday and we all enjoyed the stay.

Albergo molto comodo (in pieno centro Praga), pulito e silenzioso. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale molto competente e soprattutto gentilissimo. Lo consiglierei a persone di qualsiasi fascia di età.

A very good three-star hotel; relatively cheap and beautifully located in the city centre of Prague. The only gripe we have with the hotel is that they change bedding and towels every three days. When asked if they could one day earlier (we were only staying four nights), we got a firm 'no' as answer. Unfortunately, even on the fourth day our bedding and towels were still not changed. Apart from that, we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel

This was my third stay in this hotel and I would like to thank all the staff. There is nothing to complain about. The hotel is located in a very quiet, pictoresque area with no traffic. The rooms are big and comfortably furnished (we especially appreciated spacious beds). Although there were quite many guests in the hotel, the room was quiet. The service is very good, too. The breakfast is more than satisfactory. Overall, we were always satisfied because we got the standard of a 4star hotel for reasonable price. Thanks to Venere team for user friendly booking system, too.

The hotel discriminates against younger guests. It also holds inconsistent policies concerning visitors, especially at night. The hotel tries to market itself as a "family hotel," which generally indicates a better and more personalized level of service. Nothing could be further from the truth. One receptionist was rude, inconsiderate, and unreasonable. Additionally, certain basic amenities for a 3-star hotel (such as complementary soap) were absent, and the shower worked only by the grace of duck tape. In summation, I do not recommend this hotel - it is a sham and a bad value for your money.

Hotel Hastal is a very nice, cosy hotel, it is located in a historical building in the city centre. You can get to most sights on foot. I recommend Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and Little Quarter. The hotel has a nice friendly atmosphere. The hotel employees were really helpful. The room was nice and quiet with stylish furniture. But what I liked most was the amazing view of the city from my window.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic.. we were warmly welcomed in by hotel staff and our room was surprisingly spacious and charming. The bathroom was in excellent condition and was extremely clean. Overall it is excellent value for money and its location is perfect! Its situated in the heart of old town prague... a very pleasant ten to fifteen minute walk to all the famous sights and sounds prague has to offer. Would love to visit again and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting prague.

We´d like to thank everybody in the Hotel Hastal for a wonderful time in Prague. Me and my husband decided to go there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, because our friends went there for their holiday last summer and enjoyed it very much. Prague is an amazing city, it´s so romantic. The hotel is right in the city center but it´s in a small quiet square with almost no traffic and tourists. We booked a comfort room, which was really spacious and well furnished. And what is more, we had an absolutely wonderful view of the city. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They prepared a really nice romantic holiday for us. When we arrived, there was a bottle of sparkling wine and a bouquet of flowers in our room. Also, we had a romantic dinner by candlelight in the hotel restaurant. Thank you all once again!

I think that Prague is one of the most beautiful cities I´ve ever been to. It´s full of historical buildings, museums, galleries as well as very nice restaurants, bars and cafés. I´m glad that I chose Hotel Hastal Prague Old Town for my stay, mainly for its perfect location. It´s right in the city centre, very close to Charles Bridge, Old Town Square and Jewish Town but situated in a small square with almost no traffic, so the room had a wonderful view of the city and it was quiet. The service was flawless and the hotel staff very friendly and most helpful. In a nutshell, it´s a perfect hotel in the heart of Prague.
